Insight Global will waste your time and claim that they have a job for you. But, if you work at any of the Banks here in Charlotte. They just asked you to give them your previous Manager name for reference so they can call them to solicit business. At the end of the day, they really don’t seem to care about you or they don’t have job for you. They play a lot of games, so beware.

“Emma” contacted out of no where. I’ve never provided this business with my information. After I asked her to not contact me she continued to harass me.

I have only been with Insight Global a short time and the were able to find me a great position very quickly thanks to Chloe Anderson she is a great recruiter with a friendly and helpful personality.

I am enjoying my experience with inside global. Communication skills are my only concern as of now they used to reach out or respond and get time.

Please stop calling candidates and baiting them into thinking there are opportunities/possible interviews for jobs. We are in the mist of a crisis. Millions of people have lost their jobs!! I have received several of calls from this recruiting agency from recruiters giving me the impression that they have active roles/possible interviews. Stop giving people false hope and wasting our time by making us believe you have our best interests when you really don’t. STOP PLAYING WITH OUR LIVES! There are people that have been laid off and need to feed their families and your fraudulent calls are giving false hope! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! I hope this agency crashes and burns immediately!

Spent a whole month waiting for a job and ended up going broke in the process. They made me take 3 drug tests, get blood work, and a Breathalyzer test for a position that didn't even work out because I had to get a job while waiting on this one. I ended up being in $170 in debt and had to borrow money from my parents that I still owe. They claimed they would reimburse me for mileage and uniforms, but they did not. They never seemed to answer my calls in my convenience, and always called when I was busy. I was highly disappointed.

Recruiters will ghost you after calling you and getting your Hope's high about a possible job opportunity. I have tried reaching out to both recruiters that contacted me about a job and have not received a response at all. It's just common courtesy to respond to candidates even if you have no jobs available. Respect candidates because its rough enough searching for a job especially in these times we are in. Give people the same respect and common courtesy you would want for yourselves.

My experience over 3 1/2 years with IG has been very pleasant. I would definitely suggest anyone needing assistance look into this company.

If there less than one star I would love to give it to this staffing agency. Their recruiter from this office contact me got my resume all references then disappeared. I called her many times, voices messages, and emails, finally called the office and asked the front desk said yes she is here. They are working like a head counting. Do not trust this agency and wish HR contact me
