Had a tour guide named Sylas he was very cool and very informative, their chocolate chip cookies were delicious and their chocolate bars are delicious, definitely going to go back to get more after I finish what I’ve already purchased!!!.
So glad I stumbled in here! The cutest little chocolate shop but with so many other things to grab also, including a variety of chocolate (cacao) teas, cocoa butter lotion, s’mores kits, and more! I’m sad I had just eaten or I would’ve gotten more treats! Tried one of the chai marshmallow s’mores and it was so yummy. Also got to chat with the owner and it was clear how much pride she takes in her business and her chocolate. She was very friendly and offered recommendations! This will definitely become a place I stop by every time I’m in Pike Place!
Such amazing and delectable treats! Had truffles, the salted chocolate chip cookie, sipping chocolate, and a cortado. The BEST cortado I have ever had, and the cookie tasted heavenly homemade. The sipping chocolate was decadent and smooth! This is my new favorite place!
My craving for a delicious, hot mocha drink led me to indi chocolate in Pike Place Market in Seattle. My hot mocha beverage, topped with a toasted Chai marshmallow was my splurge for the day & my indi chocolate chip cookie was warm & gooey, right out of the oven! If you're looking for a decadent treat, head to indi chocolate❣️
Best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever tasted and I’ve had a lot of chocolate chip cookies. Had to go back a second time just to get another one. Definitely recommend checking it out!
Indi Chocolate at Pike Place Market is an absolute gem and easily a five-star experience! Tucked away inside the market, this shop is a chocolate lover’s dream. Their products are crafted with care, and everything feels unique and high quality. The standout, without a doubt, is their chocolate cookie topped with crunchy cacao nibs—it is honestly one of the best cookies we’ve ever had in our lives. The perfect balance of rich, deep chocolate flavor with the slight crunch and bitterness of the nibs makes it unforgettable. It’s chewy, decadent, and truly unlike any other cookie out there. Beyond the cookie, the shop has a wonderful selection of handmade chocolates and cacao products that make great gifts or treats for yourself. The staff is friendly and passionate about what they do, which makes the visit even better. If you’re at Pike Place, don’t miss this spot!
I came in and ordered a drinking chocolate and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for it. When I finally received the drink, it tasted sour and honestly was not good at all. Erin, the owner, was sitting in the corner checking on customers, so I explained the issue to her. She told me the espresso machine was “acting up.” I asked if I could at least get a refund or a remake, and she basically told me no — to either take it or leave it. That was extremely disappointing customer service. I also ordered a lemon bar, and it tasted like it had been sitting out in the sun for hours. It was lukewarm even though it was supposedly taken from the fridge. The only positive part of the experience was the barista at the register. I believe his name was Brian. He was welcoming, polite, and helpful. He is honestly the only reason this review is getting 2 stars instead of 1. I used to work in coffee service myself, so I completely understand when equipment is having issues. But when a machine is pulling bad shots, most places either remake the drink properly or offer a refund. You should not still serve drinks that taste spoiled or sour. I was also concerned about cleanliness and food safety. The employee making drinks had long hair completely loose and flying around instead of tied back or covered. That honestly made me uncomfortable, especially around drinks and food prep areas. Thankfully he was not handling pastries because I would have walked out at that point. Overall, very disappointing experience considering the prices and reputation.
Absolutely THE BEST drinking chocolate. My 12-year-old daughter, our self-appointed "hot cocoa expert", says this is the best hot cocoa she has ever had. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our coffee latte (lavender for her, vanilla for me), and they have excellent cookies and pastries. If any of this sounds even somewhat appealing, you must check out Indi Chocolate!
My wife and I are visiting from Texas, and we decided to stop by Indi Chocolate while exploring Seattle. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the gentleman at the front counter, and he immediately made us feel comfortable and taken care of. He made sure we knew he was there to help with anything and recommended the mole caramel drink — and wow, it was absolutely amazing! Easily one of the best specialty drinks I’ve ever had. He also talked us into trying some of their homemade lotion, and I’m so glad he did because it smelled incredible. You can really tell they put care and quality into everything they make there. The owner, I believe her name was Erin, even came over personally to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. I’m 43 years old, and I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service quite like this before. People in Texas are known for being friendly, but this was something special. And the cookies? Incredible. So good that they even ship them nationwide! The gentleman at the counter gave us a card with the ordering information, and we will definitely be ordering them to our home because they are THAT good. If you’re in Seattle, this place is an absolute must-visit. If where back in Seattle this will be our go to spot for a coffee and snack.
The sipping chocolate at indi chocolate is sooo tasty, definitely recommend if you love chocolate! I also got the chocolate cookie and had it warmed up, which made it even better. Loved both!
