Best Mocha ever 🤩 Truffles were delicious, staff was friendly and the owner checked in with customers. Lotion samples, amazing lotions… I might have to get one before I go! Overall great experience, not crowded 😌
I am literally a "cookie monster" so I know a good cookie when I taste one. There were two types of cookies at the counter. The server recommended the chai snickerdoodle over the chocolate chip. She said it was the best she ever had. It was the worst I ever had. It was very dry and flavorless. My wife and i also ordered a chai coconut tea and rose tea. As she was making the rose tea, she said they were out of the Chai coconut tea and asked me did I want the chocolate tea instead. We agreed on me having a chai tea with coconut milk. I had to dip the cookie in the tea to make somewhat a good taste out of it. Definitely not worth the hype nor the price. The one cookie was $5.50 by itself. That cookie I had should be added to the Museum of Illusions.TO THE OWNER: Offer samples of the older cookies on the spot before assuming your overpriced cookies are worth the price. Then, sell only the fresh ones please!
I only had the drinking chocolate here. Flavor is nice but i think i prefer sipping chocolate more. The staff is pretty curt and uninterested. They did not bother to share what their speciality is, just serve the chocolate in a regular coffee cup and expect a tip. Like what are you even asking a tip for? Overall vibe is pretty dead too. If i had a place that specialized in excellent chocolate id make sure it had a happy anf vibrant vibe esp for the cost they charge
So the barista helping us was great - very friendly and helpful. However, they had so little chocolate. We were so confused at how a chocolate place had basically a couple of types of truffles, some chocolate-covered oranges, and maybe two chocolate bars. It seemed like coffee and drinks were their main thing and chocolate was a side deal. We love chocolate - especially goumet and dark chocolate - but we admittedly did not enjoy any of the three chocolates we bought.
This place was a great warm treat for us on a chilly day. The chocolate was super rich and unique. Their sipping chocolate is like drinking a candy bar! Highly recommend.
My husband and I came here as one of the stops on our Eat Seattle Tour, Coffee Crawl with Chef Eric! The coffee, tea and cookie was incredible, the chocolate flavor was devine!! Definitely recommend stopping here if in Seattle :)
Awesome cup of hot chocolate! I had the single origin hot chocolate with oat milk and my husband had a perfectly piping hot cup of coffee.
We found this lovely store after a nice gentleman told us to try the lotion at the Info Booth with when we were at the Pike Market asking for direction. Our hands were so soft that we decided to visit the store on our last day in Seattle. We bought the body lotion with Mint essential oil. Met and talked to the owner to get to know a bit about the lotion. Also have other goodies and drinks from cocoa that we did not try this time. Will definitely come back to visit the store when we are in Seattle!
This was a stop on a food tour I did recently. We enjoyed our taste of their chocolate chip/coco nib cookie and had to come back to try more. Highly recommend their iced mochas (best of my life), their mint chocolate soap, and their chocolate chip/coco nib cookie. Since then have purchased more items from their online store and recommend their care package for a taste of everything (chocolate bars are incredible). Only warning is it wasn't clear what the turnaround time would be fir when it shipped.
