5 Stars – Exceptional Service & Delicious Coffee! I had the pleasure of visiting Indi Chocolate at Pike Place Market, and let me tell you, it was hands down the best experience of our trip! Parker, the barista, made me the most amazing iced mocha I've ever had. The coffee was perfectly balanced, smooth, and refreshing—absolutely top-notch! The cream puffs, (not pictured because we ate them to fast) were a little bite of heaven. But beyond the coffee, it was Parker’s customer service that really stood out. Not only was the drink perfect, but Parker was the most friendly and welcoming service professional we encountered all day at the market. It's rare to see someone so passionate and attentive in their work, and it made our visit even more special. Huge shoutout to Parker and their boss Erin for running such an excellent spot in the heart of Seattle! If you’re at Pike Place Market, make sure to stop by and get an iced mocha from Parker—you won’t regret it!
We got a cup of chocolate drink and a cup of mocha coffee with a lemon bar and a waffle. Drinks and sweets are tasty and awesome. The owner of the cafe is very friendly and nice. We will definitely come back to this cafe!
Lovely chocolate maker. They grind and mix their own chocolate from varied sources. We got to sample Ecuadorian beans that were near the end of their grinding. They have so many high quality chocolates to try. Enjoy
Was told by the server that the drinking chocolate is “phenomenal”but it’s one of the worst hot chocolates I’ve ever drunk. There’s no chocolate taste at all and it’s just a foamy, milky something. I’m wondering if it’s because the chocolate in the US has its own type of taste that the rest of the world doesn’t prefer? When asked to recommend between the drinking chocolate and the mocha, the server said that I could get the mocha if I wanted a coffee drink, or to get the drinking chocolate if I just wanted a sweet drink (and that it’s “phenomenal”)…… What a waste of money and calories. ——— My rating system: 5 = It was really awesome, and I keep thinking about it 4 = It was good, and I’m happy to come back 3 = It was unmemorable, but I could come here again 2 = I would probably discourage you from coming here 1 = I wouldn’t come back unless you paid me
Stopped here on a food tour in Seattle, they explain all about cofre beans and they have big variety of it. Hipster place with cool vibe. They sell desserts and pastries.
This amazing little cafe plays host to the best hot chocolate I've ever had. Hidden away in the heart of Pikes Place Market this absolute gem of a chocolatiers is an absolute must visit if you're anywhere in the area. I ordered the 12oz drinking chocolate with a vanilla roasted marshmallow as well as another drinking chocolate with a mole spiced marshmallow and a cocoa nib truffle. They roast the made in house marshmallows right in front of you and while slightly apprehensive at the thought of a mole marshmallow I was pleasantly surprised by how well it paired with the rich chocolate flavors of the hot cocoa. They also had a chai tea flavored marshmallow that I simply could not leave with out trying so I tried the chai s'more and was not dissatisfied in the slightest. We got to speak with the owner Erin for a moment and she told us how she started her business. Overall the Indi chocolate cafe and store is an amazing part of Pike place with decadent chocolate treats, friendly helpful staff and even a good selection of chocolate related gifts to share with others, (or keep for yourself). I hope to return again soon to enjoy everything they have to offer.
The Drinking chocolate is fabulous. Better than any hot chocolate you could ever get. We ordered one to share, but they made enough for two and gave my husband and I two. Super yummy. Been here many times to window shop, but this time took the stride to make a purchase. I was not disappointed.
Everything is delicious here and owner Erin has created a cozy and welcoming space! The cream puffs are a joy.
The atmosphere is really spacious but it doesn't feel empty. Even as there are just a few people here, as most folks are in and out in minutes. There is just enough background noise from machines working to drown out any feeling that you are alone. The smells of chocolate, coffee, and food in the air, will pick up your soul and give it a warm hug. I ordered their signature coffee and it is a dark roast with a robust flavor profile. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
I bought a bar of their chocolate. It's very expensive, and, in my opinion, entirely unremarkable. I had much better chocolate from a grocery store at 1/3 the price.
