Okay I have to say, I eat here at least 4 times a week and the service is EXCEPTIONAL. I order ahead on my work break and the staff always greets me with a smile and they always have my order ready. Sometimes it’s the only thing that makes me smile during a stressful day at work. So I appreciate everyone there so much.
The Honeygrow @ 16th off Chestnut/Samson is 🔥🔥. Friendly staff and gets order done with precision. Go check them out for lunch.

I'm usually not one to complain but there was black dirt in my stir fry box. I know they work so hard, but the staff has to pay more attention to detail. Friday afternoon is the worst time to get anything from honey grow 16th, they are never organized on Friday afternoons!
Stopped by for a quick, healthy stir-fry meal while visiting Philadelphia. It wasn't crowded at all, so was able to order right away at the self-service kiosks. The kiosk ordering was very simple as could make any modifications you wanted, then pay without ever having to speak to anyone. It was very efficient. For the meal, ordered the Spicy Garlic stir-fry. Every thing is made fresh to order, so it took about 10 minutes as looked like they had a lot of delivery orders. Picked up my meal when they called my name and decided to eat there as the dining area was clean. There's about 7 tables and a few bar seats. Food in a stir-fry box doesn't make for the best pictures, but the food was delicious. It's also more food than you think. Ingredients tasted fresh, plenty of vegetables, and the spicy garlic sauce wasn't too spicy. Good food and service.
Just what I needed and right around the corner. Fresh tasty ingredients in my Cobb salad and the focaccia bite was perfect! Quick self order makes quick prep and turnaround! Then of course - service with a smile! Enjoyed it and look forward to next time!
First time at honeygrow and Bianca, the new store manager, is absolutely amazing. I ordered from the wrong location and she got on the phone right away, got me a refund, and let me try the sauces. This was all 5 minutes before they were closing!! No one else in Philly would even think of doing that. Absolutely amazing customer service, Bianca is a gem.
First time eating here, wow so tasty 😋 loved it. Reasonable price good quantity, you can customize the ingredients as well, it is delicious. If you haven’t tried yet, just go now!! I am waiting to try all the dishes in the coming weeks 😻 This is my second time, Ordered item and the delivered one were different, but it’s ok it happens sometimes, I communicated the fact to the staff and they were ready to make the actual item I ordered, but, this time, all the seasoning and other ingredients were too less except noodles, we all know just plain noodles doesn’t taste that much, All the added ingredients and spices makes it delicious, in that sense it was not as tasty as the first time, just Ok means edible that’s it. I think I have to try many more dishes to give you more details about other dishes too..🙂I have updated the rice noodles picture also, you can see the difference between other dishes and this one.
