For the most part I used to love honeygrow. You were a new store who used fresh foods and created quality products with them. But recently the 16th Sansom location has been dropping the ball. Actually the ball might be completely deflated IMO. I have written to you in the past on your website because before 3 ingredients (Bacon, apples and cheese) were missing from my Cobb salad but you never responded so I'm using google to voice my opinion (Great customer service btw). As far as my latest experience, please tell me what this is in the picture provided. Some may say its garbage, rotten food, Vegan Throw up, Swamp Things turd. It's actually the oldest avocado I have ever seen and it's going into your Cobb salads. (Which btw when you make it right your Cobb salad are actually really good). But really how do you have the audacity to serve this? The worst part about this whole thing is that this geriatric avocado is cut up into chunks and spread all through out this salad which makes searching for it a blast. All and all please have your quality control team ensure you stop serving this because it's disgusting. Sincerely, C.H.
Very good, fresh food. They have many gluten free options, which are clearly marked on the menu. The staff is very responsive and courteous.
I think I forgot to edit my preferences for my sesame garlic order. It had a few things in it that I didn’t want (mushrooms, broccoli) but it was still excellent!
I’m gluten free and vegan and there is definitely cross-contamination going on here. I’ve gotten sick the last 3 times I’ve eaten here and I only order the vegan and gluten free options.
Pretty good noodles although bland and sticky. The portions are huge! This location is quite crowded and very loud. I enjoy Honeygrow because you can order completely electronically and it is such a smooth anxiety-free process!
Very modern and clean restaurant, unique and modern take on the food, and the service was quick and delicious. The prices were a little expensive, hut well worth it. Giving it four stars only because there is no warning as to how spicy some of the stir fry food really is. My tongue was on fire. Next time I'll be sure to order something different, but if you like spicy, go for this place!
Nice cashier But the food was horrible and it wasn’t made correctly and it was missing items. Basically the receipt was correct but the food wasn’t.
The food was super fresh and delicious. Wonderful and kind staff, as well.
They used to fill completely the salad ball. It didn't happen last three time. Less salad don't help to rise the profits. I am happy that you switch from plastic to paper but the new ball definitely looks smaller... but full!!! 😂
The whole staff & manager is so helpful every time I visit this location. Great food!!!
