Very sad to write this review because they’ve been so great but I’ve noticed the quality has gone down. Sadly I got sick eating a salad today. Everything just seemed quite old and the cilantro I asked for was completely browned and soggy. I thought if I picked that out it would help but everything I had in there just wasn’t fresh. I know organic stuff goes bad fast but getting sick after eating a salad absolutely shouldn’t be a thing.
I made an online order ($115) for pickup. It was New Years Eve, it said pickup ASAP so I hustled over there. Apparently I hadn't finished out the order properly (MY bad) so when I got there she didn't have my order. I said, "Ok, can you make it now and we'll wait?" She says that they close at 8 and it's 7:50, and they only have one cook so she won't take my order. My jaw dropped. I practically begged her to make the order and she said no. I walked out, stood out front for a few minutes trying reach my wife for plan b, then walked 10 minutes back to the hotel and shared the story, my wife says, "it's just 7:50 now!" So not only do the screw the customer, they set their clock at least 10 minutes fast. I hope the owner sees this and recognizes that they lost more than the 115 bucks. Never again.
The cuisine at this store is prepared to perfection. It is always very healthy and full of nutrition. This food is not over-cooked so the nutrients are still in the food and the food is not bland. The type of people who shop here seem to be predominately healthy or want to be healthy types of people. I will visit this location again and again for a nice, memorable, and interesting experience.
I love everything about this place except . . . the food. The place is hip and inviting and refreshingly clean. The crowd is young and fun. The hi-tech order system (do it yourself on a computer) makes sense and gives you all the info you need to get what you want. Unfortunately, my red curry coconut noodles just weren't that good, being 95% noodles and 5% peppers, onions and taste. Still, I'll definitely go back and try again.
I went here with a friend per her recommendation as we were ambling through the city. First thing I can say is that the interior is a tad claustrophobic but is still well-maintained. Things seem to move along in a somewhat synchronized chaos and I was impressed with the ease of use of the ordering stations. In addition, all of the staff were incredibly polite, accommodating and seemed to be diligent in their efforts. As for the food, I was quite happy about my garlic chicken stir-fry. I was very happy to see some pre-selected combos as well as the option for what seemed like considerable customization. However, I stuck to the script for my first time here and found that the minds behind the pre-selected menu obviously had things well thought out. Great flavors and quality of ingredients, which I understand are sourced locally. All around, I would say that I had an ultimately lovely meal from here, certainly as lovely as my company, and would not mind returning in the future.

Nice location but a little small for that part of central city. A little irritating...initially walk to middle of store to order, far left (or the back of restaurant) to pay & wait, walk to front of the store to pickup salad then back to the far left to pickup food & then in my case back to the front to exit, all while squeezing past other patrons. BUT I've done it several times because I absolutely love the food.
If I could go back here I would. This place was amazing, nothing like where the city I'm from. The food was very fresh and ordering was very easy and simple. You chose what you want, they throw it in a wok and you get it very fast. Food had a little spice but I just wanted to keep eating it even though it hurt me. It was delicious, would travel all the way to Philly to get it again!!!
My orders are always cooked perfectly and on-time. I have tried other Honeygrow restaurants but this one is just different. I would definitely recommend.
Very overpriced and photos online are not accurate for portions. These two items came to more than $30. Wendy’s has better and bigger salads than this.
