Filing a formal complaint Thomas & his minion girl with the thick lace on her wig… I went to do a return after purchasing about 30 pairs of jeans in duplicates so ensure my daughter had the right size. Upon my entering and her reviewing my receipt, the young black girl with the thick lace tells me she needs to see my physical card in order to do begin my return. I inform her that store policy states that I only need the receipt and merchandise and I point it out on the back of the receipt. She decides that’s not sufficient and calls a manager (Thomas). He proceeds to tell me he needs to see the card because they’ve had a lot of scams lately. I inform him that I don’t scam him & his requests not only inconvenience me as a consumer but it goes against WRITTEN company policy. He then rolled his eyes and tried to tell me how to access card in my wallet. I informed him it’s not a requirement per policy, so I won’t be doing it. He audaciously told me “bye.” He signaled the girl to start return but kept jumping in and out of the transaction with snide, rude, and unprofessional remarks. Once completed, I asked her to count the items on the return against items on register, where he jumped back in a hostile manner as if to intimidate me - then fanned me away and again told me “bye bye.” In all my years and shopping here, NEVER experienced anything like it. ***only gave it 2 stars because I heard they’re more difficult to get rid of.
I wanted a peacoat and finally found the perfect one here but...... they didn’t have my size! I just grabbed another coat I liked! I get to the check out and Codi asked if I found everything okay. I told him no because a peacoat wasn’t in my size that I wanted. He offered to call other stores! YAY! He called two stores but they didn’t have it. :-( I ended up getting that other coat anyways. ONLY because Codi took his time to help me in the mist of a busy day. Thank you! And I really appreciate you being so nice Codi! Side note: He offered to call a 3rd store.
You pay for bags now at the Arlington Park's Mall. I gladly return my 250. purchase. The principal. Not cool.im done forever
I felt like there was limited clothing for the men's section at this store, would have liked to see more options. Store associates were friendly and welcoming.
Star rating is for the store product and only that. Can't say the customer service is bad, if most of the time you can't get any customer service at all
It was okay it's nice and spacious I didn't really go into shop just went in with my daughter to look for some things for her son
The Customer service is So bad!!!! It goes straight to the call center and not the stores….. that business model needs to be changed. We couldn’t get past my name on the call 🥴
I am so happy with my new white dress and sweet t-shirt. Yummy. So much more I wanted to buy. Cute Monday- Friday socks. Blue Jean jackets.
The black lady with glasses is so rude she doesn’t know how to treat the customer. If she want a job has to do it right!!
It is very well organized and the prices are reasonable. When we were there on Saturday, the store was full, but the checkout line still moved very quickly.
