If there is ever an award for the rudest, most unhelpful employees in a store, this award would go to H&M cashiers. They are rude, not helpful and purely mean employees to deal with. Make some effort H&M and train staff for some customer service.
Minimalist store that caters to men and women looking for clothes that are on trend but not too trendy and at a fair price. Good place to find clothes for work. You will also find some casual clothing. The store is bright and has plenty of staff to help you find what you need. There is a men's section as well.
Been going to this location for a long time. Service is really sub-par. Worst today than usual. Staff is not very friendly or courteous. And forget about trying anything on… the dressing rooms are always CLOSED! That’s gotta be great for sales!
I was in the drive through for such a long time just to get my order. I asked the employee at the window when are they going to open the dining room. The boy just shrugged his shoulders and said he doesn't know. He said something about they were short of staff. On one hand I understand that he may have to work the work of 2 people, but don't give your customers that kind of attitude. I wouldn't want to go back there anytime soon. The service was horrible and unprofessional, plus the chicken are getting smaller. I guess the next time I really want Popeyes, I have to travel further or going some other chicken places.
Don't understand why a business like this would have such rude uneducated uninformed employees working for them. You asked them a question and the guy put how am I supposed to know I really don't care! Yep that's the personal customer experience you get! Terrible terrible customer service h&m you really need to do better!
The manager of the Arlington H&M location, I believe her name is Amber, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Higher up management should really evaluate who you have representing as the face of your brand.
My son needed a jacket to wear to school this fall and winter. The selection was limited and they did not have his size. However, we did find some nice t-shirts at a reasonable price. Guess we're going to have to check another location.
For me, it is always a hit or a miss here. In the women's collection, in maximum, I always find the same set of colored dresses being displayed, making it a boring place to walk through the variety of clothes and try some. It's always either black or light blue or white or gray or a combo of them. The styles in dresses are great in number, but the colors make it off to walk into the store. Hope to see some different collections on the next visit.
The prices are great and they have a good selection of business attire that's a great value. However, the cash registers did not accept cash. All the stations had post it notes that said "card only" and when I asked why the employee stated she didn't have a cash drawer in any register and her manger wouldn't explain to her why. Very unprofessional.
