Both dressing room closed so i cant try on anything. Men register closed. Long line.
There’s was a 3 person line for the fitting room. Me being the 3rd person. The fitting room attendant, female with glasses and long hair says “The fitting room is closed after this guy right here” pointing to the guy in front of me. Mind you I had two items in my hand. It was 7:10 the mall closes at 8:00. Lazy, unprofessional and rude.
rude as hell and lazy beyond belief male employee in the fitting rooms. if you can’t be bothered to help people into their fitting rooms don’t bother yelling at people helping their elderly mothers getting out of a shirt because she’s stuck. I don’t care about a policy about one person per room i’m helping my mom if she’s asking for it and I don’t need to be yelled at by some idiot for it.

Always has what I need in my size and for a great price I love getting multiple items here dressing rooms are always clean and service is great I always leave happy.
Not bothering with this brand anymore. No shorts bigger than a 36 and no shirts that fit me.
I HATE shopping H&M stores. True, they always have a full variety of sizes out, but they keep so much merchandise on racks that you can't slide garments to find your size. It's like shopping an over-stuffed Goodwill. Also, they put nearly all theft prevention sensors on the waistband of pants/skirts/shorts, etc. This prevents me from being able to tell if a garment fits me accurately. I don't understand why they cannot place them on the hem. As far as being on trend goes, they have all the latest, but for me, their garments, all their garments don't fit right.
A completely different experience than other stores. No smile, no help, nothing! Basically, if you want what you want, just suck it up, that’s not what they want! Not coming back again for offline shopping!!!!!
Went to pick up my pick up order and find a dress for my daughter on the 11/23. I knew and I looked up the time to verify that the time that the store was supposed to open was 12 PM. I get there at exactly 12 and the store is closed. I just see people standing around the store and I’m just looking around like is something going on? So I had to go to a store across from H&M to see if they had something else and they didn’t so then I go back out and I see this man with his keys. I’m guessing the manager/ person in charge of opening the store is walking with no hurry in the world at around 12:20 something finally opening the doors. I mean, why are we putting Irresponsible people in charge? I’m not getting it.
How does H&M keep their store so organized? We experienced two days of wonderful shopping experiences here. The first was the week of Black Friday and the second was the week after. Both times we were assisted by cordial employees. The checkout line was long but minimal time was spent there. H&M has the entire family covered. For those in and out mall shoppers, H&M is located on level one between Dillards, Macy’s and JC Penney.
