H&M

Today was different starting off with the fitting room around 5:57pm. I walked up to the fitting room and asked the employee if I could get a fitting room, she said okay and continued putting a swim suit on a hanger. Afterwards, she sat the swimsuit down and looked back at me and said, “you can go in” without giving me a number or anything so I said, “oh, I was waiting on you to finish with the swimsuit so you could give me a number” and she said no and proceeded to do something else. After that, at the register she scanned my items and walked away. When she came back, I asked her if I could sign in to scan my points because that’s what I usually do at H&M and she replied, “I can’t sign in” and I said, “well, usually when I come to H&M I scan my code connected to my email” & at this point she gets loud and say, “well, can you sign in?” I replied, “yes, just give me a moment.” However, at this point I was just ready to go because she could’ve handled that so much better especially because I was being so patient with her. (Light Skinned toned, curly hair, didn’t get her name)

The store website has that it closes at 9. The store was empty so they closed at 8 while we were still inside. The workers lied and said they close at 9 on the weekends and 8 on weekdays when clearly every sign says 9 pm Monday-Saturday.

They have nice trendy clothes but they didn't have much in my son's size and their sizing is a bit weird. A size 11-12 were tight while the 12-13 where baggy. Overall I am still pleased with my experience and purchase.

The colors are all the same black, dark blue, etc. No bright fall cor summer colors. This store used to be up to date. I always leave with nothing. I have a gift card to use but never really see anything I want to use it on.

Shopping at H and M is always a pleasure because the store is clean, everything well organized and you will find pieces you can't find anywhere!

Posted store hours shows 9pm, however the staff stated the store was closed. A male customer walked in and was not turned around. Either update the website or do not show bias.

Please be mindful and carefully observe the employees as they bag your items. I have visited this store on two separate occasions, and both times, items I was charged for were missing from my bags.

Very rude.. I'm plus size and when I ask whatsiz3s they carried inthe store the clerk was very unhelpful. Store should cater to all sizes.

Don't have anything fashion worthy for the plus size women. Plus is trendy no real classic looks that I liked.
