Really disorganized, employees watch you like a hawk (uncomforting), place is a mess, men’s dressing room is out of order (that’s the first I have ever encountered a dressing room could possibly even be out if order), and the sizes need to be smaller. Most small sizes are usually not even present. Nothing but big sizes it should be considered a plus size outlet. I prefer the other location in Tennessee as I love H&M but this location I do not like at all.

Me a d my daughter shop here often. Katia was very friendly and helped me sign up for rewards. She was very helpful and very nice and her customer service was great.

Fitting rooms were closed a hour before the store closed. Wasted my time here because I need to know if my clothes fit before I buy them.

I had a lovely experience. It was a cashier named Demarcus and he was very nice and wonderful to me. He really made my day today.

Rude workers and talk about you when your back is turned! Avoid this store!

Everything is so cheap which is great. You get what you pay for. Size up because once it's washed it shrinks if you forget to air dry. Handle with care - the material is just thin most of the time. The clothes are cute and the store has a huge selection. I wish they carried extended sizes

Stopped in this location yesterday to browse for some spring clothes. I see a top I liked but it wasn’t in my size. So I notice no one was in line but there was a lady behind the cash register that appeared to be texting on her phone. So I walk up to her excuse me. She gave me a look of like WTH you want. I ask her if a top isn’t in my size but maybe online can it be ordered and shipped to me. She says yes you can order it yourself but we can’t with the nastiest attitude. I walked right on out and I refuse to purchase the top online now because of her attitude. This was between 2-3pm, March 16th she was down right rude and nasty. Light skin female curly hair Nasty attitude!! Side note: the reason why Ann Taylor, Loft stores like that will always succeed they go above and beyond for their customers. I truly understand if their policy is not to order online in store but it’s all about how things are said and your attitude.

Regardless of the season you can always find pretty good options here. Prices are reasonably cheaper than the alternatives. Has a fast fashion brand h&m keeps a relatively good quality for their products and this branch does a very good job on keeping up with seasonal changes in trans and fashion. The staff are nice. One thing that I would suggest is their belts and accessories because they got a huge variety.
