Nice store prices are too high. Nice variety.

Love the store, but we're not all a size 2

Quite big store but very limited selection. Not sure if it is due to supply issues during these COVID times.

Scored some nice deals on clearance - $2 kid dresses and $35 womens puffy long coat!

I love shopping here the mangers are always willing to help me find what I need

My son loves this store. I became a fan through him. The prices here are the best. They have great sales racks in the back. The cloths are well made and last. We just love it!

By far the best H&M store I've ever visited. Nice, clean and organized. Prices were great and I love my purchase. To bad I live so far.

Just left this store with my boyfriend. He came to get some dress shirts for work. They had shirts on a rack with different prices on it ranging from 14.99 up to 29.99. When we got to the register it rung up for 29.99. We explain to the cashier Mr Terrez, that the shirts were on a rack that states that they were 14.99 he went and checked and saw that they were. He stated that a customer must have put the shirt in the wrong spot and I explain to him that their was a group of shirts there. I ask to speak to a manager and he said she wasn’t going to give it to us for that price. I explained that I still wanted to talk to her. He called her on a walk-in talkie and he explain to Ms Olivia the situation she says the same thing and says they can’t control where customer puts cloths back at. And she also said that the sign says that the shirts are starting at 14.99. It clearly didn’t say that, so I went back and took a picture of the sign and also to look through the shirts again. I found one that was listed for 14.99 and took it back to me Terez and he look at the shirt and told her that they were listed for different prices ranging from 14.99 to 29.99 and she still didn’t fix the problem. I ask for corporates number and she wrote it down. I walked out to talk to corporate to make a complaint. When my boyfriend walks out of the store, he says that they gave him a discount. A discount wouldn’t have been needed if they had simply given us the shirt for the price it listed for under the sign. I can I understand if it was just one shirt but it was a group of shirts on the rack. I’m Extremely unhappy with my shopping experience and even more unhappy with the customer service I received. I will be calling back to speak with the store manager this week as well as following up on my case that I filed with corporate, this is completely unacceptable.

They had nice affordable clothing, but due to COVID-19 you can't try on anything. This was my 1st time in the store so I wasn't sure of my size. I didn't get acting because I didn't feel like having to return it if it didn't fit.

Nic at the Southaven store is wonderful!!! He helped us pick out clothing and shoes for our upcoming role in a wedding. He needs a raise!! I wasn't there to buy shoes but after seeing how he styled the outfit, I bought them too!!
