Our favorite restaurant in Philly after the past two years! The dinners are super cute and comfortable. Pat and Mel are so welcoming. It has a more authentic feel of coming to a family/home-y dinner for your party than some stuffy restaurant while providing impeccable, locally sourced food (James Beard nominated after all)! If you’re visiting or a local and want a taste of Philly food and feel, definitely book it, especially if it’s a special event. Feast of the seven fishes is a must!
The best in meats and all things local: Pat is here to take care of his clientele in the most humble way possible. The quality of food put out across so many genres, settings and donenesses is unmatched.
The level of detail, curated selection, quality, taste, and music is chefs kiss. My bf and I have high standards and this place checked all the boxes. Literally can't stop talking about it. The plants and dainty antique plates with a side of death metal is a nice contrast. Perfection.

Trattoria is an amazing experience. The owners are so welcoming and the space is small so the meal feels like an intimate evening with friends not a dinner in a sausage shop. The food is fresh, fun and delicious. Get yourself a reservation!

Out of this world sandwiches and salads. Emphasis on the meat for sure so if you’re not a meat heavy sammy type of person then this place probably isn’t for you. That being said if you want good meat and cheese come here!
Incredible butcher shop. I’ve now been a few times and have found a new local. Charcuterie plate and sandwiches are so delicious. I love it.
Literally one of the best sandwiches you will find in Philly. If they would’ve told me this was from the back country of Italy, I wouldn’t have questioned it. I can’t stress enough, go to Heavy Metal. As a metal head, it only made my experience better that they were actually playing some fantastic metal.
