I understand I ordered at 11pm but i really wish they would have made everything properly. Not a single onion on any of my sliders….
The only downside is that the food is too good. Chicken, Beef, and Pork I won't embarrass myself trying to spell the names. The macaroni salad is peppery but good. My wife didn't share so I managed to steal some. The mobile app works cleanly on a four year old android device.
The food was fantastic! I got the Molokai Bowl and pineapple whip- yummy 😋 Thomas was very kind and welcoming! I like the color scheme and theme of the restaurant.
Large, clean and very modern building with a simple menu that is delicious and healthy. We decided to try a sampling of a few different items and they were all very good. If you were looking for complicated, this is not the place. Thankfully I love me some rice and chicken. Everything we try those delicious, and the macaroni salad is amazing. If you enjoy a spam do not miss out on the little spam rice sushi side. It's a steal at $2.25 There's only one reason I'm giving them four stars (and this weirdness is mostly on me) I had a little problem finding the OBVIOUS AND LARGE parking lot for pickup on the west side of the building. So if you're coming up from the south, on the east side of the building, and there's no parking, and then you turn right in front of the building and you see a parking spot and you take it... You are not in the right place. 😀 So I went inside (got some great pics) and was directed to the other end of the building. I walked down there and told them that I wasn't sure where to park and I parked in front, could I just get my food? That would be no. I had to go back out to my car and then drive around to the eest side and park in one of their many numbered spots that I didn't even notice.🤦♀️ Once I did so, a very friendly young woman promptly brought my food. My only question is - why couldn't I grab my food when I was inside? No matter! We will definitely be back, and now I know where to park lol
Food is amazing, filling, and really hit the spot after an extended work day. The customer service is excellent, they were open late-night and I am grateful because it was exactly what I needed.
Great location and nice space that this restaurant sits in. Had a large combo of Molokai and Huli Huli. Pretty good. Would try again.
I loooooove Hawiian Bros! The North KC Hawaiian Bros is the most beautiful, vibrant, and enjoyable location Ive been to so far! My food is always good, always right, and ive not yet had any issues here. The staff is very friendly and the spin the wheel is so much fun!
Amazing customer service from a young kind man up front. I believe he was a manager. He demonstrated actions of a very dedicated worker (rare nowadays), spoke very kindly to everybody (even the staff❤️and) helped me figure out my menu selection. The pineapple frozen drink was amazing! I got the chicken choice that was both sweet and spicy. You can substitute rice and pasta if you don't want to try it with something else as well. You can even have one kind of each so you can try each one of them. The menu is very friendly as well. The restaurant is extremely clean, very accessible to get pick up orders and bathrooms as well. The cutlery and the drinks are on the side and there is a ton of space to sit if you guys want to just hang out. The team was very upbeat and there was a very experienced lady up front as well and she kept the areas cleanand stocked. When the food was done the gentleman brought it out and said my name. Then he asked if I needed anything else or any extra sauces. That right there is customer service. I also seen the to go/pick up young lady in the back walk all the way to the front and get a special drink for a gentleman. Even though he could have did it himself she was extremely busy and to go but still took time for him. Pretty cool Thank you for making my first experience a great time.
Praying for Hawaii and the flooding! Great Locations with fast friendly service! Love the atmosphere and the seating is spaced out perfectly. Always clean and clean restrooms.
Hawaiian food in Kansas City? Skeptical at first, but once we tried the “Luau Pork” we were surprised! Impressed. Possibly better than some Kailua Pork we had in Hawaii! Down side: restaurant and restrooms could use a deep cleaning.
