Called and spoke with Terri and although the firm doesn’t handle my specific problem she was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, patient, walked me through websites and pointed me in the right direction. I got more assistance from her in 30 minutes than I’ve gotten in the past 4 years!! Thank you Terri!

My experience with this law firm to obtain a title search, and opinion of title, and title insurance on vacant real estate property in Mecklenburg County has not been completed in nearly three months there has been know bona fide reason why the work has not been completed. I would not recommend this Law Group and will notify the Legal Club of America that this GPS Law Group does not provide real estate service in a timely manner.

Scheduled an appointment in June for an appointment in July. Called two days before the appointment to confirm and send in the required documentation for my case. The representative provided a date that must be reflected on the form in order for the case to be accepted. I met that requirement and started to send the forms to the office. Five to ten minutes after the initial call, the representative called back and informed me that the firm no longer accepts ARAG cases. Seems a bit suspicious that this new development took place during a conversation I had today with office personnel. I consider this to be unprofessional and inconsiderate and wonder if a courtesy call would have been in order if there is a possibility of the termination from the ARAG relationship. Not even an apology.

Wow!!!!! Where to start??? I came to GPS law group with a dilemma..My 1st point of cont was with one of the attorneys, He listened an then put me in touch with Kathy helms who grabbed the reins an ran with it an the rest is history!!!! I highly recommend them for there professionalism and compassion... They helped me out an did everything they said they would do!!!!! Communication with them was 2nd to none..... I highly recommend them 😊 👌.. An again thanks so much for your help....

Very professional law Office. Prompt response. Attorney Simmons and his paralegal are phenomenal. Attorney Simmons is very thorough and communicated procedures and law process well. If you have a question and he doesn't know it right away he does his research and returns with a prompt response. With over 30 years of experience in law it doesn't stop him from continuing Education and seminars. As it shows in the courtroom he knows his stuff.

No. We were not happy with the service. We were told that the attorney was familiar with our type of case. We scheduled appt to speak with the attorney and he was completely RUDE and nonchalant about answering any of our questions! I was a little concern about the other BAD REVEIWS on their site; but wanted to give them a chance. I feel we were totally mislead and that the only thing the office wanted is to collect the consult fee. DO NOT USE THESES PEOPLE!! THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT A STAR, WAS BECAUSE I COULDN'T POST MY COMPLIANT WITHOUT.

GPS were a dream to work with, specifically Kathy, for the title work in my mortgage refinance. Best rates I found, and I searched pretty hard. And friendly and attentive service To boot!
