Didn't like my experience with GPS Law Group I had a phone consultation with William Kibbe, but the impression was that I was just wasting his time. I was said that since I don't have proof that the seller intended to scam me I don't have a case. (do people usually have proof that the scammer intended to scam?)

I have use Attorney Douglas Simmons and his firm for many, many years and have sent others to him because I have been very satisfied with the professional service that they rendered, the quick response time, and the highest quality of work. Since the first time that I had to use him and his firm I felt as if I had the best and there was no need to check out the rest

So I got attorney Dingle to take me on as a client, we went through just about everything, I even signed a contract with him, and actually got the the point of being able to serve the party I was trying to sue, then he actually ghosted me. I emailed him over a dozen times, and called his front office with responses similar to "i will go tell Attorney Dingle about you calling" I NEVER got a response back, and after like the 5-6th time calling him, he FINALLY picked up only for him to say, I have no idea why you are contacting me, I sent you a singular email detailing I wont be helping you anymore" Go ahead and look at the image I have attached, Do you see an email from an attorney Dingle? NO, you do not. (also don't worry I checked junk and spam, Nothing there either). Do not use this Law Firm, they will throw you away and not even tell you they did it, leading you on for over a month. This law firm is either scummy or incompetent or maybe they acted scummy to hide their incompetence. Both not a good look.

Kathy Helm, paralegal at GPS Law Group, has been one of the most helpful and empathetic individuals I have ever met. I randomly called GPS Law Group and through some almost miracle was connected to Kathy. I was extremely distraught over issues with another law office, and she patiently listened to me and actually saw me that day. I'm fully aware of the complex issue that I presented during the consultation. However, like I stated in my initial review, it's your demeanor and how you presented yourself to me. You did not seem genuinely motivated to even discuss the issue with me. It was "business as usual" for you and your office assistant. You need to be aware of that going forward. Maybe that's how you're accustomed to interacting with people, but I definitely felt it was unwelcoming. I spoke with Eric recently during a consultation, and he seemed so negative as to my options in resolving the issue, instead of trying to help me find the best solution. Although I paid for the consult, his demeanor and tone of voice made me feel as though I was wasting his time. The paralegal, Jessica presented the same abrupt and negative demeanor. It seemed as though they simply wanted the fee and seemed annoyed with truly helping me. This is not the sort of attorney I want on my side.

Met with them, was told I needed supporting documentation to negotiate with party I was having issue with. I got the requested documentation and confirmation from other party that they would compensate, so called back and was told they couldn’t help me bc I had not retained them. Does this sound like a joke? I wish it was. I wouldn’t recommend this kind of convoluted nonsense to anyone.
