Called for a consultation and booked an appointment. They didn’t send me a confirmation as they said they would. I followed up the day before my appointment, to make a payment, and the receptionist said she would be sending it promptly. Still, I received no notice of confirmation. I should have kept shopping consultation rates and set another appointment elsewhere. Then, 30 minutes before my appointment, they call me and tell me the attorney I was booked with called in sick. I find this very hard to believe as everything else above indicates dishonesty. They made me wait, to not help me, and I was not able to get legal advice for my situation until a week after from someone else, and the wait made the legal battle longer, and harder. Im sure that they handle clients on longstanding with better courtesy and professionalism. However, if you are in an emergency legal situation, these people will be less than reliable, and a complete waste ofyour time.
Incredible team at GPS. Worked tirelessly to resolve a complex issue. The best part was that Kathy Helms to so much personal pride into quickly solving our need. She leveraged the resources of the firm to bring a confident and secure closure to our contract.
