Goodwill Store - Lake Worth

I always shop at this location especially on sundays well this past Sunday I was greeted by Miss.Michelle the Keyholder (shown on badge) who was nice to greet me and help me out. As I checked out with Miss.Liliana the assistant manager (shown on badge) she was so kind to ask me if I found everything alright who was so patient with me while I was having problems with my card. I wanna thank the both of the young ladies for all they do for goodwill.

I have a complaint: sometimes the prices in that Goodwill location at 6601 Azle Ave, Lake Worth, TX 76135 are more expensive than Walmart or 5 below or other stores, also the prices are higher than other Goodwill locations. why that particular location are more expensive? if you ask the manager to rectify the prices they don't do it! Another complaint is that when people donate music cassettes or very nice stuff they don't sell them in that store, they send them to the corporation! as well as hang bags like michael kors, Coach or other high-end brands, that store only leave what is knock off for sell, that’s a very smart move, if people are donating stuff and you guys are taking it for free you must sell everything in that location and not choose the best to send to their corporation, so that particular list of the best products to keep should be banned from any goodwill store!! why don't tell to the customers about your tactics? taking advantage of donations? I hope the owner reply to this and you know what I telling is the true and I hope other people complain about this, is not right keep the best for them! And that's not the worst, the worst thing is the Manager, she treats her employees in a very unpleasant way, just as the goodwill earn easy money in donations with their stores , they should have dignity with their employees with better salaries a better way to treat them and not only make an excuse that all the money is using for their cause, if in your own house you treat your employees like that is hypocrisy, They want to squeeze employees like a lemon until the last drop, it's not fair to your people

The cashier was extremely rude. She didn't even acknowledge me other than tell me the cost of my items. All I received when I walked up to the counter was a rude, dirty look. The only other thing she said, other than my price, was to complain to the person behind me that she was hot because people were opening the door to the entrance the store. I guess she did not realize that those people are why she has a job. The store itself did not have much to chose from as far as baby and men's cloths, I did not look at the women's. The Goodwill in Saginaw is by far a better store, I will not go to the Lake Worth location again.

Aaron the cashier was very friendly and informative. There were two other employees who treated me bad though. I found some nerf blaster toys to buy for my son and I and wanted to test them out. I found a hallway near the bathroom where I wouldn't be in anyone's way or risk hitting any merchandise. I fired a few foam darts and two employees jumped out from a door and barked at me. One nearly shouted it sounds like a nail gun and the other said you can't be here. No signs indicating such that I could see. I explained I'm testing this used toy before I buy but they didn't care. Very rude in my opinion. The 3 stars are for the lucky selection we found and the one (out of 3) nice employee I encountered.

Great Stuff and Hidden gems, The Biggest Issue was the Rude Manager , Extremely Ugly Behavior and Hateful towards her employees, I had 2nd hand embarrassment watching it waiting in line, someone needs to report that woman!

Cornpop is the pit bull the lady was speaking on. I find it odd that she would ridicule such a loving and clean dog. You see, the people at Tractor Supple can easily verify that he gets a bath more than once a week, and the love that they give him, and he to them, shares his loving personality to everyone around. When people see Cornpop come in there are smiles all around. Maybe if we can get rid of the current government perhaps places Like Goodwill will be able to afford to get their roof fixed. Woof Woof!

Always find great items. Sometimes things are overpriced, I wont hesitate to leave something behind because it was priced wrong. No need to argue with anyone about it, i will probably find something the same or similar next time. I go often because their stock rotates quickly. Staff is usually friendly & I do really enjoy this location.

Amazing service and great finds

I saw all the good reviews and I must say they are indeed true. Goodwill is lucky and blessed to have a team member like Brian, with the black hair on their team. I had to write this review before even driving off. I hope he gets promoted to the highest level. Thank you for great customer service. My first time here and will not be my last!

This good will was so disappointed to shop at today n I always round I make good donations I'm done I'd rather throw it in the trash I'm sorry but that's how I feel about ever going in another goodwill it was an inconvenience when I tried to round up n I get home n see they didn't give me 50% off of the green tag that's it for me no more good will shopping the tag item was $5.49 n they stiffed me on that I'm not complaining about the kindness of the employees but pay attention in other stores it automatically come off but that's it for me . I round up for the veterans n the people they claim to help , goodwill has lost the this loyal customer 💯
