Management is awful. Apparently they don't know how to treat people.
Very overpriced, went in looking for household items. I was curious to see they were selling same item for almost the same price or more. Warning: If you wanna be ripped off shop here..
High Priced Video Games at $4.99 each, plus tax. Should be 1.99 like everywhere else. You'll find some hidden treasures sometimes in the huge misc section.
I love thrifting especially at Goodwill but several senior days I try to use my rewards coupon and it doesn't let me. Systems down very frustrating meanwhile my points keep accumulating for nothing.
Impeccable store! However would like to see more things applicable to my needs. Tools that were donated. Could not find any that were on display other than the new "Regal" brand name tools.
The staff was friendly, and the layout was well thought out. My biggest problem was the lack of cleanliness, which included not having hand soap in the bathroom
Decent goodwill with good customer service and frequent new items!
They are now overpriced. Jeans for $25! I pay less at tj max and on poshmark and for better brands. The clothes is used calm down. I will only shop their home stuff until those prices get out of hand
They must have changed the staff up? I went on Sunday and all the staff were so friendly and pleasant! And like ALL Goodwills, everything is expensive besides the 50% off items lol. And be prepared for their selection of sweaters...OMG. Like FIVE looong racks! They are labeled at "long sleeve blouses" and boy oh boy there are tons. Overall, I enjoyed the wide variety and strictly kept to 50% off items. :)
The young manager at this location was not helpful with a problem I had... I was trying to return an electronic item.. I didn't have the receipt.. the workers wernt sure how to handle the situation. So they called her" and basically I found it rude that she couldn't talk to me herself... I asked to speak with her... I eventually found the receipt... But that behavior was frustrating I thought I'd wasted money on a broken vacuum.
