genuine criticism: condensation on outside tables should be wiped every morning, given that they're covered in water. i, along w numerous others, used many napkins which is wasteful when one towel can be used. It isn't really an inconvenience, its a 2 minute task, but these days many people lack visible pride in their workplace and just get by with doing the absolute minimum. overall, this is where management should shine. we did this when i lived in florida and worked at five guys - no way we would let customers dry our outside tables.

First timer here! Great location, great parking, amazing coffee and perfect spot for teleworking, school work or just a coffee date. Only flaw was the service. There were 3 baristas on when I visited and not a single one acknowledged me when I walked in. No one was at the counter ahead of me and it wasn’t overcrowded at all. They all took a while to even look at me before one finally stepped up to do their job. I didn’t see either of them smile until one of their friends came in and seemingly cracked their cold exterior. Staff names were Ali, Heidi and Akira (maybe, her long hair covered her name tag). I definitely don’t expect a full on conversation when ordering coffee, but a simple hello, head nod, smile, or something would’ve been a better introduction to an otherwise great establishment.
