I just recently had a bad coffee experience at another shop and was desperately needing a pick up after that. To say I am glad I found Foxtail Coffee is an understatement. Absolutely superb coffee and there Caprese Panini is to die for! 10/10 would fully recommend this place 👍🏻
I want this place to do well, but.. 1) coffee tastes okay 2) the staff always look and act like they hate working there. Never a friendly greeting and when I place an order it feels like I am being a burden

I got an ice chai latte w/ oat milk. It was very good and the vibes were nice. There were a lot of people working on laptops and I can see why. It's not super loud and distracting and had a good atmosphere for getting out of the house but still needing to get work done.

The 2 that served me, Olivia and Bianca, politely phrasing, need TRAINING, how to deal with customers. A Cortado is not rocket science, especially it's on the list, but they don't have a clue what it is or how to make it. Yet refusing to refund that"thing", with the lame excuse of, "we don't know how!" 🤔 It's on my list of not to go there again, just like Starbucks. Pitty.
I have absolutely loved my experience at this Foxtail location. I’ve been to several, but the baristas here always greet me with a smile and are more than willing to work with all my complicated orders! The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, and it is always clean! I was really glad when they opened up one closer to me, and even more excited when one of my favorite baristas, Mackenzie, came to work here from the San Marco shop!
