Stop reading this review and eat here! This place is beyond excellent with friendly staff and a huge pre-made deli & drink selection, along with a hot deli area & coffee bar. There’s bathroom, inside seating, and lots of seating in the outdoor park a few feet away. I had the chocolate mousse, Mac & cheese, and a pesto pasta salad. All my items were superb!
I ordered a side of egg salad and it was terrific! 👍
We ate lunch here once and bought provisions here for two other meals. They have a small grill with wonderful options for breakfast or lunch, a great small wine selection, and grab and go salads, sandwiches, cheeses etc.
Great deli with solid breakfast burritos and sandwiches. Some of the best in the neighborhood. That Jorge's Revenge sauce is bomb. Have yet to try any lunch or dinner items but it all looks tasty and the staff are really friendly.
They were out of a lot of to-go cold soup, but the people were nice, and the food was delicious. I even bought an extra sandwich to go! Don't skip out on the cookies they're soft, and they really hit the spot for that post-meal sweets craving. We got a hot turkey sandwich (my husband LOVED this - a combo of the cheese pull and onions), steak sandwich, mac n cheese, shortbread cookie (my fave), double chocolate cookie (husband's fave), and a cute elephant shaped shortbread cookie. The service was friendly and welcoming, and I would go again
Sometimes the food is good. But lately been getting hair in my soup. Several times. I mean nothing by posting this but people have the right to know. Please do something about the hair. Customer service: is great always been respectful. Atmosphere: they want to help you, but mentioning this issues a few times still going on. Food: not bad, Mac n cheese good. Soup depends on if there is hair or not.
I wish I could leave a new review for every time I come here. Can’t say enough good things about this lovely staff and their cute vibes and amazing selection! I work downtown and this is my favorite place to get food on my breaks. It’s fast, convenient, with lots of tasty healthy options that make it easy for me, even if I don’t know what I’m in the mood for. Food is a love language, so having wonderful people like Vanessa and Mal take care of me on the regular is one of the reasons why I love downtown Portland ❤️
We found this amazing café online, as were looking on Google. We were then walking back to our hotel and stumbled upon it. We entered to look around at their amazing goodies and to grab a huge 16 oz espresso and a 20 oz cappuccino. While waiting for our drinks, We chatted with the store's manager and crew. They were all super friendly! I felt as though this café was filled with the true Spirit of Aloha. Mahalo for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back when we're back in town. 😀

So glad we found this place. We were in town on a Monday and there was not a lot open. Lucky for us this place was. We purchased some sandwiches and the pot pie. The family enjoyed all of it. Felt like it was made with “love”. Probably just really good butter. :) Great place super friendly staff!!
