Staff friendly as heck even tho I'm almost too cheap for this place :) A salad sans 🥓 is pointless, but they do have meatless salads, sandwiches, soups, cookies 🍪🍪 pastry...
When I need a quick bite downtown, this is where I go. I can always count t on something tasty being available.

Its always fun to grab a bite to eat here before an afternoon movie! I enjoy bringing the Mirabella ladies here. There is always sandwiches and hot soups among other items! It's clean and environmentally conscience, staff is always pleasant and courteous! I didn't give 5 stars - there is ALWAYS room for improvement!
An amazing, convenient and fast 1 stop shop for tasty meals. Their bacon breakfast burrito is really good- crisp bacon, fluffy eggs, not soggy or overfilled with potatoes. Friendly staff, I highly recommend.
Fresh made breakfast burrito was superbly done, exceptional pastries, very nice lavender/white chocolate latte & exemplary service. No crowd or line, only came here because of the line at our 1st choice. This is definitely an add to breakfast options list. 😋 I made a post for Elephant's Deli @ WTC - wrong place! This is my favorite deli in Portland. This particular location is very convenient for me. While the prices are a bit high, I like the quality of the food, the honest ingredients, and the way it seems they take care of their employees. People seem genuinely happy to work there, which is a good thing these days. My favorites are the quinoa and black bean salad, the humus and red pepper sandwich, the pastrami on rye, and their mac and cheese. You really can't go wrong with anything there. The only issue is the pricing. Elephants is a certified B corporation as far as I know, so supposedly, they are required to make sure their products are ethically sourced, pay fair wages to employees, etc. This is part of their reason why the food is so expensive. It's worth it, in my opinion.
Excellent deli and cafe for a snack or light lunch. We go with my daughter for their very special tomato soup. Secret recipe. Very delicious and unique. Don't forget to order it with their in-house made baguette. A feast for your taste buds.
Stopped here while I was charging car in parking garage and was surprised to find great selection of hot breakfast items, lots of snacks and drinks. And they have a good matcha latte. Friendly people and no lines at 8:30am on a weekday.
Food was pretty good, just want to warn other parents it is not kid friendly. They do not have high chairs and were very unhappy we had a stroller. Also they don’t have seating for groups bigger than 3/4.
