FLOCK is exactly what downtown Portland needs! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing—vibrant, welcoming, and full of energy. The food was fantastic, and everything felt thoughtfully curated. The space is super clean (including the bathrooms, which is always a plus!), and the people were kind and friendly. While there aren’t a ton of places to sit, the overall vibe more than makes up for it. It’s the perfect spot to grab a bite, soak in the atmosphere, and feel excited about the revitalization of downtown. So happy FLOCK is here! Can’t wait to come back.

An employee at the YSL store recommended this place to us, so we decided to try it for lunch. It’s a small food court, but it offers a variety of options, so you’ll likely find something you enjoy. When we visited on a weekday afternoon, it wasn’t busy at all, though I imagine it gets busier on weekends.
As some others have said food was slightly expensive and I can see how seating can be very limited at peak times. We had thai at Zap Pinto...was decent not the worst or best...chicken was a little tough in the drunken noodle.
Never received my order from Queen Mama’s Kitchen ($22 shawarma lol) which resulted in me getting the *worst* fish and chips I’ve ever had, from Pan Roast. This will be my first time requesting a chargeback. Filthy dogs and incessant barking does not help either. Please go to any of the incredible and affordable food cart courts you can find throughout the city. This place was awful.
We didn't have time to eat... so no food/service reviews yet. BUT we had to stop because it looked so fun, and it just opened, so wanted to check it out. Once it's summer, and they open the walls to the outside, finger's crossed the seating expands. At first glance there are several food/beverage options... wine/cocktails, a tap house (no gluten free beers...yet), Thai, Hong Kong cuisine, Mediterranean, tacos, bbq chicken, seafood. Glad it finally opened, we've been hearing about it. I looked forward to returning!
Great food hall with great mixed cuisine options! Got the Ramyun Cafe ramen and it was the perfect meal to close out a night! Noodles cooked well, and adding the sides just made the dish perfect!
June 2025 Atoyubu Popup Absolutely delicious. Fresh, well-seasoned & well-priced. 5 popular choices available, staff was fast and friendly. Inari was flavorful, overstuffed, garnished, and wrapped in cute packing. Ordered the Lemon Pepper Salmon, Garlic Butter Crab, and Spicy Tuna. All three were fantastic. Hope they pop back up again, thank you for the lovely lunch & tote bag! 💯🍣🥰
Over rated every meal averages $30.00 for mediocre food. My meal was 37.85 for a chicken wrap with fries, and a Dubai chocolate. The chocolate was cheap sugary not authentic. The bakery there was ok, the peach cake looked delicious but was tasteless not much peach and was frozen inside. Save your money.
