This review is NOT about the hospital or staff. My Dr and his team are fantastic. This review is for Emory's online billpay. Horrid. The most confusing and worthless website I've ever encountered. You are provided an "EPay" code on your statement, and directed to pay at a particular URL. However, that's where you get lost. The code I was given didn't register. You have the option to pay a "Physician's Bill" or "Hospital Bill". So first, figure that out, because BOTH entities are on the statement. Once you've chosen one, you then have to tell the website if you were released from care before or after certain dates. My code did not work in either portal. I then was directed to another web page where I had to create an account. Done. But then it wouldnt recognize by credit card. Nothing but issues with this backwards system of theirs. My mother would NOT be able to maneuver this at all. I feel sorry for people who aren't computer savvy. Good luck! For a hospital of this magnitude, they need to seriously invest in their website and payment portal. Geesh.

Got to facility before 7 a.m. once inside i encountered such rude remarks from staff more than once...last remark was from employee who greeted me as i entered lobby door as i ask where was closest restroom as i showed him my visitor pass he said "next time this is an employee only entrance!!" The whole 3 hour experience was similar including my trip to Starbucks area for coffee!!!!
