Dr. Kutcher is the absolute worst to go to. I have witnessed she and her staff government my mother the run around for almost 20 years. Undiagnosed allergies, insufficient information and lack of attentiveness to what you mother is ACTUALLY ASKING FOR. Horrible customer service all around and extended wait times.

Traffic getting in and out is usually a nightmare. You have to pay to park and the Doctor offices here don't validate parking. So not only do I have to have money for my copay but for an unknown amount in parking fees as well. Only the first 15 minutes are free and that's usually how long it takes to find a parking spot

So disappointing at the customer service I received @emoryhealthcare On the phone today. I typically have a great experience but today I had the awful experience of speaking to Luella who reports to Gina. Her attitude was nasty and she seemed annoyed to be working. I asked for clarification on information she provided and she said “ I don’t what else to tell you”. She seemed annoyed from the time she answered the call. Her attitude was nasty and rude. She should not be working in customer service for any hospital especially Emory. I asked to speak with her supervisor she left me on hold for quite sometime and then sent me over to a patient line. I’m considering having my surgery done elsewhere. So disappointed.

Terrible experience. The doctor was not knowledgeable. The financial and billing departments both gave false information regarding charges, which was not reflected on the bill. I called three times which all gave different figures and explanations, none of which matched the statement. The appointment wait time exceeded 1 hour. I would give this place zero stars if it were an option. Listen to the reviews. If I had seen them previously, I would not have brought my mom to this facility’sDEPTARTMENT OF GYNECOLOGY & OBSTETRICS. Go elsewhere!

The maternity dept nurses are pretty good. All were caring and kind. Even the lab workers drawing blood. However the facility can use some upgrading. And the emergency dept can be a little more organized and polite. I had an overall decent experience compared to wellstar hospitals.

I just want to Thank your receptionist Jasmine for being so helpful and consistent with helping me get in contact with my doctor while I’m dealing with some fatal health issues. I’m scared, very stressed and I appreciate that she seemed to genuinely do everything she could to get me in contact with someone. I know I said it countless times but Thank you sooo much, Jasmine! She’s a true asset to the team. I know she was just doing her job but her level of compassion really made a difference.
