Electric Surf Co rocks! Everyone working here is super helpful, friendly, and encouraging 💥 I bought a bunch of protective gear for One Wheeling and hung out for an hour chatting it up. Truly excellent customer service, Ford said if there are any parts I want to order, even if they don’t carry it, they’ll reach out and see if they can source it. I was ready to pull the trigger buying a OneWheel from the manufacturers website, and at the last minute came across this LOCAL company selling brand new OneWheels for the same price. I drove out there the same day, and the crew was amazing. They were so helpful. Electric Surf crew made this a well informed decision, they made sure I knew what I was getting into gave me options, etc. I was so glad I was able to buy it locally as well. Ford and Jerron were a huge help. I have been looking at them for years, I have done a lot of research, but never really talked to an "expert" one on one about it. So far, I have been loving riding my Pint X, watching videos on how to ride better, what to do, what not to do etc. Looking forward to exploring more cities, towns, trails, etc.

Fantastic shop with great staff! Everyone who works there is friendly, patient, and helpful. It made me want to support this local business! Also, they price match the online retailers, so you get the same price but with much better service. I purchased two e-bikes and lots of accessories. I’m thankful to have a local spot that is helpful, friendly, and reasonably priced :)

Wow, I am incredibly satisfied and grateful for the great service from the guys there. I brought in my Max G2 scooter literally "dead," but these geniuses managed to fix everything: the battery, the controller, and the fast-charging port.
