Great service! Happy with my bike! Definitely go check them out. They are part of the Austin Energy rebate program, you can get a really good deal on a bike. Ford was a great help and really went the extra mile for me.
I had a fantastic experience today getting my electric scooter serviced. My back tire needed to be replaced, and the employee who helped me (Rourke) took care of everything. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me get back on the road the same day. Even though the store was shorthanded, Rourke went out of his way to make sure the work was completed because I don’t live in the area and would have had to return weeks later to pick it up. He quoted me a fair and accurate price upfront, and delivered exactly as promised. This level of service and dedication really stood out. I’ll be coming back here for all of my EV needs in the future—highly recommend this great local business!
The staff here is amazing! So knowledgeable and friendly. I bought an Aventon e-bike here two years ago and just popped by to have some work done. Ford and Jerome were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this spot!!

If you like Onewheel or eSkate you definitely need to try eFoil! I ride nearly everything Electric Surf rents & sells and I love their new water options. I was able to take the Flightboard out on our recent vacation to Austin & was foiling within about 10 minutes on the water. The experience is surreal & highly recommended. Luke was an excellent coach and has me interested in getting a board of my own. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did, have fun!
I had a fantastic experience with Electric Surf Co. taking an efoiling lesson. The instructor was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, making sure I was comfortable and confident on the water. The 2-way radio on the helmet was a game-changer—it allowed me to hear instructions and encouragement clearly throughout the lesson. Duane did an excellent job explaining the functions of each part of the board, foil, and jet, as well as providing valuable maintenance tips. Thanks to their guidance and support, I purchased my own Fliteboard setup from Electric Surf Co. it’s a fantastic sport!
I haven't ridden a bike in years and wanted to try an ebike to help with Austin's hills. AJ was fantastic! After listening to what I was looking for, he recommended the Aventon Abound which I test-rode in the parking lot. He was patient and did a great job explaining its features.
