This company and all it's employees to include the owner; Luke are amazing!!! We have purchased two new Aventon Aventure (step-thru) ebikes and had many, many questions as we are new to ebikes. The entire staff: Luke, Ford, Brandon & Parker have been so wonderful in helping us with research regarding our purchase. They made sure we had all our questions, concerns, & worries about our purchase answered. They have returned every phone call in a timely manner and if they were unsure of a question we had they did independent research to make sure both bikes and all accessories met our need/requirements. I really can't say enough about the satisfaction we have for them!!! We drive 2 1/2 hours to this bike shop and it is worth every second of our time. If you are in the market for an ebike or many of their other selections.... this is the place for you!!!

I was recommended this shop by and friend and was not disappointed! The 2 guys working the shop were extremely knowledgeable and patient. This was super appreciated because we showed up close to closing time. The bike we ordered showed up super fast and the pickup was just as enjoyable. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Recently bought my first electric bike here, and the customer service was great. Ford was incredibly helpful and called me a few days later to check in and see if I was having any issues. Couldn't recommend Electric Surf Co. more!
Highly recommend this shop and I’ve already recommended to friends and family. They are friendly, profesional and very helpful. My husband has an aventon bike and after a lot of research I decided it was the best value I could find and Electric Surf has them and other cool looking ones. Being able to apply to the Austin Energy rebate was a plus and even better to support a local business!
We bought 2 first gen Aventon Level e-bikes 3 years ago in San Antonio before SurfCo hit Austin. One bike had a catastrophic failure recently (2,000 miles). I brought it into SurfCo and Rourke dove in with a comprehensive diagnostic that at one point he described as a “head scratcher” of an issue. I thought I had a cadaver on my hands. Nope. Rourke kept digging and solved the mystery. Good news/bad news, it required a new motor, but the bike was worth saving and Rourke figured it out. He kept me informed along the way and answered all my questions. Thanks Rourke and Electric SurfCo!
Incredibly impressed with the team here. Did a Onewheel intro lesson with Ford (I really hope I’m remembering his name correctly) and he was the perfect instructor - knew his stuff, chill vibe, and he pushed me just the right amount in having me take a more extended and challenging ride while being so new to it. The store has Onewheels, electric bikes, and other similar items, along with parts and accessories. I’ll be back for parts so I can support local and I recommend you check these guys out if you need anything in the electric board or bike realm.

We recently purchased a Zooz Ripster from them and boy I’m lucky their competitors close one hour earlier because that hour made the difference. Maybe his name is Ford??! - he heard us asking about Zooz and immediately jumped in sharing a wealth of knowledge and asking the right questions.
