Duluth never Disappoints! Great product! Great customer service!
First time here. It's off the highway on its own so it's not in a busy shopping area. The staff was very helpful in helping me with my endless search for comfy, long work shorts. I can honestly say I will be back, I love their products so far!
I have ordered lots of stuff from Duluth over the years. They now have a store about 50 miles from me. I was placing an order for one item and and since I would be driving by that store the next day I opted for pick up at store. Duluth stated that it was ready for pick up that day meaning it was in stock. At check out time they were going to charge me $9.99 shipping for an item already in the store. I chose to just drop in the next day and buy it outright in person. Pretty darn cheap of them to charge for shipping on an item that already has shipping built into the store price. This may affect my future supplier decisions.
Awesome store, great sizes and choices. Pricey but seems well worth it so far. Will say is more sport oriented but has great tshirts and business casual dressing too.
Kirk went out of his way to help us and made sure we were taken care of. We are so appreciative to him. Highly recommend this place, especially Kirk. Great attitude. Great service. Great ethics. Huge shouts of THANK YOUS to Kirk!!! (I think it’s time for a raise…!)

My husband and I were treated so well. All associates were friendly and well informed. My husband found several pair of pants that he liked and actually fit. I would recommend the store, justice for the associates alone. It didn't hurt that my husband was happy that he found pants that he liked.

I always go here for my underwear and pants now. Extremely comfortable. Never going back to any other underwear. Medium affordability, but they are always doing % off specials. They also sell Groove Life belts in store.
The Arlington location of of I20 is great! Their staff is the best hands down! Kirk assisted very quickly with price adjustment during my most recent visit. But every visit is a great experience with other grest staff members, Kirk, as mentioned above, Mr. Eddie, Mr. Greg, and Seth ( all great guys ) and Miss Jen will all help you tremendously and with a fantastic attitude.
