Clean store but all of the price tags were pulled off of many items and no prices were listed. When I went to ask an employee about the price she walked away. Then later I saw her giving me the side eye. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant shopping experience. I asked my husband to ask for the price while I was trying items on. She seemed annoyed that he had asked for help. It wasn't busy, was pretty dead for a Sunday. It was well-staffed yet nobody ever once greeted us or asked if we needed anything. Two stars for the cleanliness but terrible customer service experience. Prices were also higher than online. We will not be returning.

Good products and even better Customer Service. The staff here is amazing. They are always helpful, are there when you need help, and quickly take care of any issues. Had an issue with a pair of pants and Jenn took care of it very quickly. Highly recommended location
The clothes are excellent quality. While it’s definitely gear towards blue collar they have durable comfy clothes for anyone. They have organic cotton underwear that’s amazing quality as well. The staff was mostly kind, I brought my kids and it seems some staff wasn’t keen on them being themselves. They did match the offers found on their website so I’m grateful for that. I’ll definitely come back for the clothes. Excellent quality and very few synthetic fabrics used.
I always love going here. They have excellent quality clothes at fair prices. Nothing like the fast fashion stuff on Amazon. Real quality and thought goes into their peices. But the best part of this store is the customer service. Every time I go in the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. And they seem to really enjoy their job. The store always has random knick knacks I didn't know I needed. I always find awesome stocking stuffers here!
This place never ceases to impress! Even being big and tall such as myself, (wearing a 46x34 pant and 2XLT shirt) they always have exactly what I need. And Greg was a fantastic help in getting what I need for work and what my wife needs for leisure!

Just had a fabulous shopping trip at Duluth thanks to SUMMER she was so sweet kind and patient informing me about sales and items I didn’t even know the store carried! I ended up getting a cute pair of shorts for the summer that are also very functional. Thank you Summer for the amazing customer support and the opinions you really made my shopping trip even better.
I like the products they make but they struggle HARD at inventory management, at least at this store. They tend to have gigantic sizes or super small sizes but not much for an average size person. The floor staff tries to help but it seems like they are at the whim of whatever arrives on the truck and have very little input on inventory. I cannot understand how retailers struggle to identify and stock the SKUs they churn through so quickly.
