I ordered online, but somehow ordered one item in the wrong size. I was able to find what I wanted in the size I needed and able to exchange. There are lots of reduced items, and I found a couple of blouses I really liked and received substantial savings on them. The employee who helped me was so helpful and pleasant, and I will return to shop there again.
Duluth has always been pricey, but I always told myself "you get what you pay for". Went in yesterday and was shocked at prices. I understand tariffs and inflation, but I won't be shopping there anymore. Prices are out of control.
Visited Duluthth Trading company only to learn they are very expensive. All of their clothing is casual wear, and maybe quality products, but I am not interested in paying Joe A Bank prices for items that could be purchased for a lot less at JC Penny.
We had a great experience!! The store was well stocked and the customer service, AMAZING! We found so many good black Friday deals and our guy Devin was the best! Go see Devin and snag a good deal.
Stopped in to do an exchange for some pants I had purchased online. I had the pleasure of being immediately greeted by Alexis who also helped me with the exchange. Not only knew exactly where the item was but walked me over to show me what was available and stayed with me until I found exactly what I was needing! GREAT, friendly customer service! Thanks Alexis!
We visited this store today because the reviews were great and so was the location. I can't say enough kind words about the staff. Christiana was so sweet and helpful. She was new at what she was doing, and did an amazing job assisting both of us, and her manager kirk, did a phenomenal job assisting my boyfriend and I. Thank you both tremendously for the assistance you provided both of us today. We will be back
My favorite underwear and socks! Great durable product. You pay more but they last for years!
My experience today was very disappointing. No one offered to assist me , so I waited until an employee was done visiting with someone who wasn't purchasing anything and asked for assistance. She was very courteous but let me know she was new and wasn't familiar with the merchandise. I had hoped to purchase my favorite pair of pants and couldn't find them on the shelves . She was trying to help , but quickly realized the pants area didn't have useful signage to distinguish one type from another . I was wearing the pants I was looking for , so she looked at the tag but it didn't help . She asked for assistance from another employee who appeared to be in charge. He said there is another tag inside my pants that has a number. I suggested I try on ANY pair of pants my size so that we could see the other tag. He moved around some pants on the shelf but couldn't seem to find my size. I saw a pair , put them on and presented the tag to him. He looked on the computer and advised me that sadly they had been discontinued. Then he and the initial woman dismissed me to hunker over a computer at the far side of the counter. NO offer to recommend something similar or to further assist me at all . I can't recall ever having a salesperson seem less interested in selling me anything. On my own , fuming, I searched through other options until I found something I liked. Approaching the check out , the young woman was completing an online order for a customer and the man was just standing around not acknowledging my presence. Eventually I said to him that I hadn't expected to be abandoned in my search for pants because mine had been discontinued. I also asked if either pair of pants I selected were on sale. He checks one pair and tells me they are on sale and offers to ring then up. I have to request that he check the second pair. In the end , he apologized for the lack of selection , but did NOT address what I had expressed as disappointing service. I don't know how this guy works here . He needs training on customer service. Horrible example for the new hire .
Great customer service was visiting my mom recently and got to stop by the store and needed help with my size. They were so professional and very knowledgeable about the product and my needs. Will be referring this store to anyone that needs great clothing and customer service!
So do y'all remember when I said this store was great because of their warranty and how much they stand behind their products well when the bill came due I was told that stance dropped off after a year. But it's stamped on the belt lifetime durability that doesn't mean anything. Computers only hold the receipts for a year, meanwhile the rest of the world's internet is infinite. Your product is only as good as it can be within the terms of 90 days. If you don't stand behind your product just say so up front it's not stamping things like lifetime knowing it means absolutely nothing. I guess I'll take my business someplace else. Life spend $80 on a belt that you're not going to guarantee Nordstrom and Bloomingdales returns products after a year for crying out loud. Never again.
