Fantastic. Nothing particularly special about the exterior that draws you in, but it is fresh and attractive. Clean parking area, well maintained landscaping. Once inside, however, I love it. The interior decorating is conducive to drawing the shopper in. Rustic; vintage mixed with today's vibe, and appealing to the working man. So much to look at. I didn't want to leave. For me, the average American, it was a little pricey, but the sale saved me and I will be back.
Excellent customer service. I’ve never been in the store before. My mom had a Christmas list and I didn’t really understand what was on it. Anna immediately helped me, showed me where everything was with such patience and kindness. And then I asked her for a little time to make some color decisions; someone else drifted over to make sure I still had everything I needed. Would totally return!
Never heard of this company, all the great reviews and their claim of fast shipping thought I’d give them a try. I spent over $200 and when I checked out it stated do you their fast process I couldn’t change or cancel my order. Thought great I’ll have my merch quickly. 6 days later my order is still processing contact Customer Service I’m told it could be 12 business days before the item ships. Not a very accurate description on their processing and shipping times.
Friendly staff and good durable clothing
You're better off ordering online. The staff would rather stand around the counter and talk to each other than even acknowledge you walked in. Sucks I drove 50 minutes away through traffic for nothing. I never once heard them ask us or any other customers if they needed anything or even say hi. At best I had an employee walk around me over and over again as if to look busy while making sure I wasn't stealing. I'd give it a 1 star but atleast the store looked clean.
Found some great deals on clearance.
Great service. Came into exchange some socks that I ordered the wrong size. Made the switch and ended up buying more socks and a jacket, that was discounted and well worth the money. Found my new place for work clothes the fire hose double fronted pants are absolutely well worth the money.
We shop at Duluth anytime we’re coming through Dallas and online, but we stopped in yesterday and we’re greeted by numerous friendly people as usual. We ended up being helped by Kirk and he was the NICEST, most friendly man and so very helpful! We talked about our cross country move, he shared some of his background with us and just had a truly enjoyable time visiting with him. He was a great person to talk with and super accommodating. Thank you again Kirk, and we hope to see you again if we’re in the area! Duluth Arlington has a GEM in having Kirk on their staff❤️
Everyone here was extremely helpful and friendly yet weren't constantly bothering me, making this really the perfect shopping experience. I also had to return an online order because I'd been shipped a wrong item and the return was probably the most effortless return I've ever done. To top everything off, they have a HUGE selection of women's plus sizes in-store which is practically unheard of in a camping/hiking type store! Their in an easy to reach location but simultaneously not really near anything so I really hope the weird location doesn't cause them to close.
Love their clothes, little pricey but worth it
