Their technicians didn't replace my oil valve correctly resulting in $300 worth of damage. When I applied for compensation they deniedy claim because I didn't have a picture of the damage. I had to get the problem fixed immediately, I can't crawl under the car, and their technician told me he would start the process. I won't go to any Take 5 business again.
This company owns the Maaco franchise system of body shops. They provide abysmal customer service and don’t stand behind their warranties. I want to specifically call out Crystal Rodriguez for her awful and unresponsive manner of not responding to my warranty claim, which I communicated in writing in emails, mailed paper letters, telephone calls, and voicemails. I ended up making a better business bureau claim, a county department of consumer affairs claim, and also prevailing against the franchise owner in small claims court. My advice to other consumers is to look elsewhere for your body shop needs, and I would warn any body shop owner to proceed carefully with buying into this franchise system.
I joined the new Take 5 car wash in Jeffersonville IN in October, shortly after I added another car to my plan. One of the passes that I was paying did not work, when I asked for them to correct it the manager told me the only way to get a new pass was to pay for another one. I pointed out that I was already paying for 2 she said she didn't have any control over that. Before you sign up for a membership you should try to contact their corporate office, they do not have a phone number to contact. They are structured for NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you have a billing issue there is no one to speak to, if your car is damaged there is no one to speak to. They are owned by a company called Driven Brands in Charlotte NC, you cannot reach them either.
