well this is confusing as hell.......I tried calling the local Charlotte phone number they have listed and it's the corporate office not a place were I can get my car repaired.....there is no Econo Lube in Charlotte, NC.

From a reliable resource, the company is forbidding their employees to wear facial masks while working. The management level is instructed to clock out the employees who insist to wear and send them home. This is violating the basic right of them to protect themselves. The government doesn't recommand normal people to wear masks simply because there is not enough storage in the US. Use your brain, please. Washing hands works better than facial masks in a respiratory disease? Anyway, useful or not is not the reason to ban your employees to protect themselves. The have the freedom of choice!
I bought a car wash pass from Take 5 Car Wash in Jasper, AL. This is a Driven Brands subsidiary. This car wash pushed my vehicle into the line too quickly resulting in my vehicle being shoved into a truck in front of me, in the middle of the tunnel. When, that truck pulled away, my front license plate was jerked off my bumper and broken. Subsequently, it also pulled my bumper out of place. The manager was in the tunnel and saw this. He was likely in the tunnel because he could see cars pilling up in the tunnel. Before the track moved me again from where the incident ocurred, he retrieved the broken pieces of my license plate holder. I met him outside. He immediately blurted out, "we are not responsible." As I was explaining to him how unprofessional and disconnected his faulty logic was, a woman walked up and said that she had been involved in the same type of incident, separate from my collision caused by Take 5. I filled out a form before I left to document the incident. Since then, have received zero calls back to address the issue. I cannot find a way even to cancel my membership. I also found two additional people who had the same thing happen on different occasions. After over 10 unreturned phone calls, in which I left voicemails and details, Take 5 has not responded in any way. I called both the local and the corporate offices. Three of those calls, I used the prompt to get a text message from them so that I can cancel my membership. I have yet to receive a text. I also have called the Driven Brands number about 4 times, left messages, and have also gotten zero responses. There literally is no way to reach anyone at Take 5, Driven, or any other subsidiaries. I am now looking for others who have experienced this. I have reached out to Driven Brand's Media Relations 3 times and left messages there.
Great place to take a Subaru or Evo. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge the staff had about Subarus. Tony worked hard to get me the best possible deal for my repairs, and made sure to get me on my way as fast as possible. They even checked and topped off all my fluids and oil while they were at it. This shop definitely goes above and beyond for its customers, all while maintaining very competitive pricing.
