I can not say enough great things! Sandy as well as her amazing seamstress were so professional, accommodating, and listened to every thing I said I wanted with my wedding dress and DELIVERED! They were just so kind and super empathetic to me having to postpone my wedding due to the pandemic (even though I’m handling it very well as I’m not the traditional bride!). They made me feel so beautiful and I will recommend them to everybody I know!
I get my dry cleaning done here every couple weeks and the staff are so nice :) The lady at the front remembers my name and is so friendly. My clothes always come back looking nice and they’ve always been ready in two days! I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
I reside in Cordova but will travel crosstown to do business Drake because of the automation, access and great service.
This was my first time using Drakes in a while and I can confidently say that the automated drop off and pick up was efficient and easy, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for dry cleaning! Turnaround was 2 days and very affordable pricing. Couldn’t recommend Drake’s enough!

Drake Cleaners is a quality level above any other cleaners in this day and time. My daughter’s wedding dress had a make up stain that I, the MOB, accidentally put on it during a fitting. Drake and its employees were professional, timely and amazing! They were able to remove the stain and save the Bride’s dress for the perfect wedding day! Also, they quickly pressed the MOB dress for me because it had gotten wrinkled in transport to our daughter’s destination wedding in Memphis! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Absolutely an above and beyond experience! The staff gave one of the most friendly and helpful services I’ve ever had, both in delivering and receiving the clothes I needed help with. I’d recommend this cleaners to anyone, any time, any state near the midsouth area! If I had the young man’s name who checked me in, I’d shout him out, too, but a shoutout to Mitch, who helped me with my large order and went the extra mile without me having to request it! Worth every penny 👍🏽
