I love Drakes! I love that they are located conveniently in midtown close to where I work and are locally owned. Even better, they deliver to me out in East Memphis! I’ve never had an issue with them. The first time I brought clothes to be dry cleaned they registered me as a new customer. I later received a letter at my home welcoming me and coupons to use for spot removal from the owner himself. I felt so welcomed and knew I found the right place. My clothes are always well cleaned and even if some things may be a little pricey, I’m willing to pay extra for the extraordinary service I receive and for the delivery (which comes as no charge!). I recommend drakes to everyone.
A Better Fit Alterations was able to get my bridesmaid dress altered and ready for my friend’s wedding! They did a great job and were quick with getting my dress done. I will definitely use them again in the future with my dress alteration needs.
I had some alterations done here after having a not so great experience at another tailor. Sandy took care of all of my alterations in a very timely manner and they look great! Even better than I could've expected. I now have several clothes that I am eager to wear, simply because they fit so well. Additionally, all interactions with people at Drake cleaners were friendly and professional. I will be back!
Amazing customer service. My son had dropped off a suit he needed for a job interview, and the shop was closed due to snow and ice. The owner (I believe his name was Mitch) called my son and arranged for him to pick up his suit via the automated kiosk. Very grateful for his kindness and attention to detail.
I utilized A Better Fit/Drakes Cleaning to get my wedding dress altered/steamed and Amanda was extremely friendly and amazing at her job! She made me feel so comfortable and wanted to make sure everything was just right on my wedding dress. She’s very talented and everyone else I encountered that works there were super sweet and welcoming! Highly recommend.
They are always very polite and helpful. They have repaired a jacket for me that looks great. They also do all of my linens for my event planning business. I also had my daughter’s prom dress altered and it was perfect. You can’t go wrong with Drake cleaners.
Drake Cleaners goes above and beyond, they are very kind and efficient. Of course, my clothes are cleaned to perfection and alterations are just perfectly fitted. But most of all their personal service and care is why I have continued doing business there for the past 8 years.
Altered a bridesmaid dress for me in such a timely manner. They are so kind and helpful. My dress fits perfectly and the craftsmanship on the stitching and such is amazing. Will return if I need their services again!!
A Better Fit was excellent for my alterations! Carolyn was so sweet and professional. I am very happy with how my wedding dress turned out and I feel like the cost was reasonable for the work done. I would definitely recommend their work.
They did a great job helping me install a bustle on my wedding gown. I am very satisfied with their work and service. It only took two weeks to get the bustle installed. They also taught me thoroughly how to bustle the dress. The price is fair.
