This was a very good experience. As an older woman Jordan made me feel comfortable having him in our home. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleanly. He explained the problems clearly and the solutions he was able to use to fix them. He gave reasonable quotes and had the tools to do the job. I hope he stays with Comfort Solutions for a long time. Thank you for getting our heating and cooling system working as it should.
BBB A+ Business. Elliot was great. He throughly checked out my furnace and air conditioner. I had him clean my air conditioner screens which were really clogged with debris. Very impressed with his work ethic & knowledge. This will be my go to company for furnace & air conditioner from now on.
Elliot was an excellent technician. Able to diagnose problem & repair quickly. Also the scheduler Darla? was able to get me in quickly after I had a scheduling conflict which really helped me.
They installed a heat pump and a mini-split for me. Their bid was very thorough and well priced. Install was smooth and well done. The Comfort Solutions team was very engaging and timely in all communications. Very happy with their work!

Comfort solution installed my new HVAC system four years ago. I started having trouble with it this past winter and it continued into summer. I have a 10 year warranty on parts so I called for service. The tech replaced the control board which may or may not fix my problem. The cost of the part was covered, but the labor charge was $450 for 45 minutes of work. I feel like the warranty is worthless.
We had a great experience with Comfort Solutions and Steve. We had to replace our A/C and the furnace. Steve patiently walked through the various alternatives. We had a bunch of back and forth on the alternatives. In the end, we picked something that was a bit more expensive, partially based on Steve's recommendation. He turned out to be right. The folks working who did the install from Comfort were also conscientious and diligent. Overall a very positive experience for something (an HVAC system maintenance or replacement) that in the past has been painful.
Tech communicated to us when he was on the way. He was there right when he said he would be. He got to work immediately to assess the problem with our heat pump. He very professional and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and broke the bad news to us gently. Long story, short, we are having a new heat pump installed soon by this company. We got a great price as they got all the discounts possible. There was no pressure to buy a heat pump right away, or to buy one from their company. They let us make the ultimate decision.
Comfort Solutions replaced our 20 year old air conditioner with a Carrier heat pump system. They explained our options and took pictures of the existing system including ductwork and areas under the home that needed improvement for better airflow. We were very happy with their work which was done efficiently and correctly. We would highly recommend them.
