I'm just going to go ahead and start by saying I'm going to give collection Auto imports a 10/10 . I really don't believe I can speak highly enough . If anybody in Charlotte is not stopping by to check out their selection of vehicles they are probably missing out on great service and awesome deals. I could not have been more satisfied working with this dealership and the staff. Shout out to the big homie Sam putting in work ! I purchased an absolute head turner of a Camaro. Everything was serviced . And running like new . They even went far enough to put new brake pads and had new tires before delivery. Honestly I don't know what else to say . This was an awesome experience.. any potential customers reading this should go and check out a car/truck....or 2~ anyways have some pics

Perez was great to work with. We purchased this truck for our son and it is a perfect fit for him. Perez was very responsive and helpful and when the truck we went to see did not work out, Perez made sure we got out the door with another truck that was even a better deal!! Bought a truck. When I got home I noticed significant rust in the wheel well. On closer inspection I found spray paint over what is obviously viewed from just walking by. This was known and they attempted to cover it up as an in the photos. The paint stopped when you look from below. Also, on the way home I noticed the window switch does not work. I bought it on Friday and had to drive it to Florida on that Sunday to pick up a trailer for a business. Guess what, Air doesn't work. After a charge, it was ok but not right. Not sure if I'll contact an attorney at this point as it's a frustrating process and I'm just going to turn around and sell the truck and be done with it. They claim 'all of these trucks do this', my brother in law has a 2008 work truck- no rust, none. I think this has been in a flood. Buyer beware!
