I bought a lifted ford f150 XLT from Perez. The back left window motor was shot and they told me when i bought the truck bring it back and they will fix it as soon as the part arrives. Im here now and can say this company has gone above and beyond. Fixed my window and filled my tire with air! Perez is the man and I highly suggest if you’re thinking about buying a used truck shop here with perez.

I recently bought a 2016 Silverado from these guys. Sam was helping me with the sale and he was very friendly and professional, all the normal things one might expect from a car dealer. What made this experience so great started with a problem. I test drove the truck on a Wednesday and picked it up Thursday. Wednesday it drove fine and Thursday afternoon it drove fine but Thursday evening I noticed a little torque converter shudder. I made an appointment at the Chevy dealer for service and BOOM it needs a transmission. I called Sam and explained everything to him and he told me the 90 day 4500 mile warranty would cover the repair. The warranty covered most of the repair but not all, I was going to be out of pocket $2800 on a truck I just bought! Here's the best part... I called Sam and he assured me that everything would be taken care of. About an hour later the Chevy store called and said it was taken care of and I could pick it up in a few hours. Turns out the dealership paid the last part of the bill. These guys really stood behind their product which really impressed me as well as the service advisor I was working with at the Chevy store . I can't recommend this dealership enough. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Let me start by saying the guys at Collection Auto Imports seem to be good salesman. Troy and Perez both have good people skills and great demeanor’s. However my biggest gripe with the dealership is their dishonesty. I purchased a Chevy Silverado 2 months ago. In which I asked if the truck had any known issues wrong with it. I was told no, but after purchased. When I called back to find out why I can’t fuel the vehicle and the gas hand was near empty. I was told that’s a common problem in Silverado’s. Said it has something to do with the Evap system, and I have to pump the gas very slow or it will keep cutting off every few seconds. Now I’m looking at hundreds more to invest in the vehicle just to pump gas correctly. There was no check engine light on indicating anything is wrong with the vehicle. Also I seen the ad for the truck on a 3rd party site at a good deal. But when I purchased the vehicle its was sold $450 higher than the ad price. Guess I can take blame for that for not paying more attention to the sales price while purchasing. But for a company that advertise 100% transparency it’s another lie on their end. During the test drive Perez told me that they offer reimbursement of 1st month payment. However I done contacted them both 3 times in the past month after providing proof of payment. I just keep getting the run around and no check was never sent to me. So at this point I been cheated out of approximately $750 plus the cost it will take me to fix the Evap system. Only reason I’m writing this review because I don’t like dishonesty. And even though they got over on me. Maybe reading this will save someone else money by being more aware. In reality in the end, even though I loss hundreds of dollars. It caused them to miss out on thousands for being untrustworthy. My family and Co-workers love the truck and was looking to bring the company more business this tax season. But don’t want to deal with people they have to second guess.
