I bought my silverado and its absolutely gorgeous!! Very welcomed, answered any questions i had, process was easy as a first time buyer, already told my brother about them and he will look into their vehicles!

Bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado and let me tell you smoothest process I experienced from doing research and everything came back positive and perfect this is the Best dealership I’ve ever experienced, definitely would recommend to any truck/car lovers. Service is great very transparent staff from mechanics to sales really made the process smooth any and all questions I had were answered. Had a minor issue with my water pump but they assured me I was in good hands and I definitely was. Issue was resolved soon after notice and they made every effort to make truck like new.

I’ve been searching for my dream car for awhile and Sam gave me a great deal. Not only that me and him talked about cars for a couple hours while his finance advisor found me a great bank to go through! He gave me a lot of advice on how m3s are and how to properly upkeep one!

I bought a 2016 Silverado a couple months ago as-is and recently started having a misfire. I tried fixing it myself but eventually brought it back to the dealership. Even though it had been a couple months and the truck was sold as-is, Sam immediately took the lead and had the guys tear into it. They diagnosed a bad injector in about 10 minutes and had me back on the road in under an hour. I use this truck for work, so I had zero expectation of being in and out that quickly. I really appreciate how Sam and the team went above and beyond to help me out. Solid experience all around!!!

We brought a 2013 dodge charger from here about a year ago. Within that year,we have put over $7,000/8000 in this car getting it fixed. Goes to the mechanic shop today,to find out the engine is gone. Contact the dealership and was told come by ,they will help. Gets there manager gives us the run around. Saying its this and that,we told them cool. Can yall fix it and we will pay for it. He told me no!!! Gave us a million excuses as to why not,and said he had a million cars in front of ours,which we explain to him that's fine. We have plenty other cars to drive while,it wait to be repaired. He told us this car was drivable and to continue to drive this car. He told us we purchased a cheap car ,which this is the cheap car you sold us. Must I say we paid over 8000 for this car. So you knew the car wasn't no good and still sold it to us,knowing this. Why make a comment saying the car was cheap ? So you sold it for cheaper because you knew it wasn't no good. But when we brought the car,he said it was the best running car on the lot lol. DONT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. BAD BUSINESS

Horrible folks. I drove from Augusta, Ga on a Sunday (2.5 hour drive) to test drive a truck that I seen and wanted. Everything checked out ok, so I wanted to get the truck paper work done that following Monday. So i went to the bank the next day and got as far to where a picture of the title was required, but unfortunately they didn't have the title. Told me they'll have it Tuesday morning. Tuesday came, no title. With it being around the holidays i understood, i wanted to get the truck that Saturday. After all that, i was told the next following Monday they would send a picture of the title, so i could get rolling but still nothing, communication stopped. I'Il call Perez or whoever and to only get a text back with a the non answering of the phone. The whole non communication is wild. I'm literally trying to buy a 30k truck here, but I'm taking it as a sign. They even said they would hold the truck until the title came in, but I had a buddy of mine to call inquiring about the same very truck, they told him it was ready to go, but stop answering my phone calls. I don't have time to waste. The whole experience was crazy and doesn't make any sense.

All and all its a good place to get used vehicle ol boy in there is pretty cool and willing to work with you. Although my check engine light did come on the next day after purchase (not their fault I don’t think) previous owner didn’t not maintain this thing with oil changes. If I had a recommendation for this place please atleast try to do a inspection on these vehicles and I’m not talking dmv inspections physical inspections looking at the oil and maintenance items. I love the truck the warranty that came with it will not cover this type of work it’s throwing the code for. Was quoted at blacks Chrysler dodge jeep and ram in statesvile to change all 4 was 1200$. I like the truck so much that I’m willing to pay that just to keep it but it would be nice if I could get some help from these guys. Hopefully he will contact me soon to see if we can work on something. UPDATE: They contacted me working everything out really is good people here aslong as you come with respect unlike most people do. I respect these guys for the way they treat their customers!

These guys are great! They make things right when necessary. Replaced an engine under warranty for me and checked out other things as needed with no cost

So far it has been a positive experience with this dealer. We chose this vehicle and this dealer because of how long they have been in business, their staff is friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right on the F150 before we purchased it. The communication with the staff was super. The price was fair. The vehicle needed some minor work but that was expected when purchasing a used vehicle with 140k miles on it. In summary, when the time comes to purchase another vehicle, despite living 90 minutes away, I will look at Collection's inventory first since I had a good experience with my purchase and their staff!
