Flew in from WA state yesterday and during the night, we realized our colds had turned into something worse for each of us. So instead of touring Nashville like planned, we ended up going to urgent care instead. Not familiar with the area, we found this one near our hotel and with good reviews. VERY happy with our choice. The Walk In check in was pretty easy. The young lady at the front was very friendly and helpful, suggesting to the other staff we both go back at the same time. The care provider, Dr Ryan, was comprehensive, efficient, and friendly, even going so far as to give us some suggestions of places to see while we're here, since my husband asked her. Since we're here to visit family for a bit before flying out later this week, we're glad we chose to stop here so we're on the mend before our flight home. Thanks team.

3rd time visiting the Nashville gulch urgent care. Always a 10 out of 10. Booked appointment online. Quick process. Quick check up. Quick to get meds which is a plus when you don’t feel well. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating as well. Thank you!

First time at this location. They got me in and out super quick. The front desk receptionist is a bit unfriendly but other than that, the nurse was nice and friendly and so was the female doctor who took care of me. Definitely my new urgent care spot moving forward.
Horrible experience here for the second time now. I understand that wait times are long at urgent cares, however when you come in for a simple quick drug screen for work and then watch two people (non emergency and another drug screen) come in after you but get pulled back before you and the staff can’t give you a direct answer as to why and just keep stuttering and saying “I don’t know the computer is down” when it isn’t ?? Last time I was here it was also a similar experience. I work in healthcare too and I can’t comprehend how they are able to be so rude and so incompetent. I also asked multiple times on the wait time as I had another appt at 3 pm and was assured that I was next in line and would be done in time. I then I had to move my other apt to 3:45 and still was not pulled back in time so I had to leave and basically waited almost two hours of my day for something that should’ve taken a quick 10 mins had the staff done their job and pulled people back in the correct order

Saw Dr Silva & Charienia today and both of them were super sweet and made the visit prompt and efficient! All the other staff on site were equally kind. Glad to have an urgent care with great staff so close to home!
