I have been trying to contact these people back since I submitted my application for intake two weeks ago. I have left at least three messages for a return call with Greg Morelli from an email message he sent to me but I never got back a response.
No good they don't help y at all not blk or any one study find a good person it's so many liets you ant to...
If I could do 0 stars, I would!! I did an application back in April and been trying to get in contact with someone regarding my case. I’ve been checking my emails, nothing. They finally email me 6 months later but because I did not respond within 5 days of that email they closed my case. Then, they want you to reapply just so this process can take another year to complete! This process sucks and they don’t really care because if they did they would at least give people reassurance on their case as to what’s going on and to continue working with those who already have a case instead of making them reapply. Y’all really need a set time frame on when everything can be processed and expunged.
July 29th 2025 I had an expungement hearing/trail setting because the State had an Objection for my petition to get my background Sealed. I was represented by Cabrini Legal Aid Attorney Alexandra Antonacci. She was great to work with I told her my story and she didn’t judge me. She answered my questions and texts in a timely manner. She was very helpful and understanding. Thank you Ms Antonacci for helping me get my background Sealed now I can get back to work. Another thing I want to say because I see a lot of reviews about how this organization doesn’t answer the office phone. These Attorneys are assigned to you by the Judge when you have your petition called. When the Judge assigns them to you they reach out to you after you sign the contract for the representation. These Attorneys are good, no since in wasting your money on these high charging Attorneys that’s just my opinion. Good luck to everyone who’s trying to get their lives together so they can earn a decent living.

And they was very helpful in working with me, in getting all the documents to present to the judge to get my criminal record expunged. For it to be a FREE service its has very poor customer service, i spoke with Lindsay along with another rep 3 weeks ago and submitted all documentation that was needed for court purposes and was told they would be in touch in exactly 1 week here it is going on week three and i have court today and i have not heard anything. I've continuously sent emails and even sent text messages repeatedly and nothing. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL whats wrong with sending a complementary email or text stating they wont be able to assist me? why even go through the prescreening? I hate that my time was wasted dealing with them....
Jason Robb saved my life and not only did he save my life he changed my life for the better. They told me I couldn’t never get my felonies expunged. & sealed. And Jason Robb saved my life and changed it now I have so many better opportunities to work and do better now thanks to Jason .
