Terrible location with no instructions on how to return after hours. Plus they charged me late fee even when I had the reservation for three days and i returned it 16 hours early.
I would give zero stars if I could. I attempted to rent a car from Budget, booking through Expedia, for noon on December 24th. One hour before the rental, Budget called me to inform me that they did not have a car available and that they were canceling my reservation. When I asked what happened, the agent on the phone informed me that there is a problem with booking cars through Budget's website that has been known about for years that causes them to over book and corporate refuses to fix the issue. Worst yet, they still charged my credit card for the $30 rental protection plan and then another $50 for a "No Show Fee" for not picking up the nonexistent car after THEY cancelled the reservation! Completely unacceptable! Knowing what I know now about their broken online booking system and terrible customer service, I will never rent from Budget again!
The front desk agent had us signed the rental agreement without checking the car with us. We had the bad surprise of having the fuel tank only 3/4 full and some car damage in front. I sent a mail request with pictures on the first day but this request has been ignored to my knowledge so far.

Both the employee Nester and manager Yesenia at this site struggle with convey concepts with clarity. Their attempts to explain may give the impression of effort, but the ironic truth is that they simply repeat the same information over and over and over and over again. Unfortunately, they seem to consider themselves as being reasonable when they're nothing more than masters of paraphrasing. Interestingly, they HATE it when you say "you've already said that many times"... When the employee claimed he needed to ask for manager's approval about my case, he intentionally communicated in Spanish, which many people understand but I don't. This behavior is not just UNPROFESSIONAL, it's RUDE. It was made very clear he didn't want me to understand how he described my case.
I reserved a car more than a month in advance and scheduled to pick it up first thing in the morning on the day of an important family event. They called me the night before, as the location closed, to tell me they won’t have a car for me tomorrow morning. So now I’m scrambling to find an alternative on 12 hours notice. I certainly won’t be renting from this location again.
Budget is EXTRA as hell 🙄for no reason. I do not care HOW cheaper they may seem, you have to jump through more loops with them to get a car. Enterprise had me in and out with everything they promised ONLINE being the same when I made it to the establishment, NO LOOPS💯. While I was waiting for my ride to pick me up, AFTER PAYING FOR INSURANCE ONLINE THEN BEING DENIED A CAR, damn near everyone else who came behind me with a reservation made ONLINE was DENIED smfh. That’s so much of a waste of time traveling there, not to mention money. Enterprise is WAY better 🤗💯😊.
I came in with a reservation for a full size vehicle and because there were none available I was "upgraded" to a small SUV that didn't meet the size needs for my luggage or they said I could wait at least 1.5 hours for a full size vehicle to come in. I asked for a bigger vehicle and all there was available was a minivan which I was charged an additional $10/day to use. I should not have been charged for this as this was their fault for not having the vehicle available
