Nestor went above and beyond to help me and my family with our car rental. He really cared about us as people, not just customers. They double checked our boosters a few days ahead of time to make sure they were what we wanted and ensured we had a successful rental experience. Can’t recommend them enough!
I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve come here. They do after hours dropoffs, which is huge. And the staff, especially Juana, has always been SUPER HELPFUL!
Nestor was very helpful with getting us set up with our one day rental! Saved us a trip to a location much further away and was very kind.
Juana and Nestor are the best. I always try to book at this location if possible because I feel like they actually care about my experience.
Juana she is such a pleasure to talk to and she is fast at her job, this was the best experience I’ve had renting a car. She is vary attentive and her attention to detail, like cleaning and doing the extra steps to make sure we had the best experience. Please keep it the hard work.

I made a reservation 1 month in advance, I go to get the vehicle and they told me that it wasn't available and tried to have me get a different rental for a different price OR see if another location had a vehicle. After almost 20 minutes of confusion, they offered me a different vehicle. The next day the vehicle indicates it is in need of an oil change... So now I'm inconvenienced to find another location to switch my vehicle... After the 1hr reroute, I get another vehicle with no problem. I returned the car, and everything was fine until, I wake up this morning to a pending transaction of $450 on my credit card! I call the company, they said the vehicle needed to be cleaned because of "smoke"... First of all I DON'T SMOKE! Secondly , I rented that car A MONTH AGO! The kind lady on the phone said she was going to "remove the charge" on my account, however it should have NEVER happened in the first place! They will get over on customers if they are not careful. This was a terrible experience. I'm not sure if it is based on location for poor customer service, or if this is a problem with the company as a whole. I probably will look into a different company for my next rental. This was a terrible experience
