Shipping can be a nightmare , but Working with Ashley Borys everyday has taken away the majority of problems and stress. Ashley is part of our team and is always accessible and fast at getting what we need done.
The 5 star reviews are all the employees and friends. Lost a 5k shipment and didn't want to help find it. Very unprofessional husband and wife business working out of their garage or basement. Don't take the risk.. their excuse is the carrier does thousands of shipments and occasionally loses stuff. Ha!

Loved them at first but they will re-bill you fraudulently saying locations are residential and not commercial etc. Funny that it was old customer that i have shipped over 40 shipments to in last 5 years and never had any truckline chargeback saying its residential??? So even if they give you a cheaper quote they will rob you with dishonest practices and re-bill you fraudulent charges later. Oh and by the way this is a honest person reviewing and not the robots or SEO companies writing the false positive reviews to help their review score!! I don't think any of the positive reviews are from real people, i wished I had noticed that before i got robbed by them.
My company and I enjoy using Brighter, and it is all thanks to Monica. She was able to help me get a load picked up within minutes of asking her to. It is always a pleasure to have her in our corner, and we look forward to continuing working with her and the Brighter team.
