I am fairly new to the world of purchasing and logistics. I came across Brighter Logistics and they have become my most reliable freight broker. Consistently coming in with competitive pricing on LTL loads and their care for the customer is unmatched. Whenever I need something, I can depend on a reply in minutes. I am especially fond on their online portal as it saves me time in booking shipments and features an easily accessible chat tool to get in touch with a rep instantly.
We have used you for a few years now with no issues till now. Given 5-7 day delivery window and it took almost a month to arrive. Then it arrived damaged, and by a 3 rd party company not the company I paid, and it arrived damaged. We paid the invoice in full and files a claim with in less then 24hrs. The customer signed stating item received pending inspection. Once opened there was damage. We were told the customer can’t sign it that way it’s not valid. In what country is this not valid, this is how we as customers can cover ourselves against big companies like this… there final resolution was to refund me $25-$75 on and over $1,000 loss. Find someone else… Fast!!!
