Brighter Logistics is the most trusted trucking consolidator that I use. I have contact names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers to call when I need help. More than once I've needed help after business hours and they have come through. As a supplier that is often caught between a customer and a trucking company I need a consolidator that stands up for our company. Brighter Logistics continually does that and it is much appreciated.
Best customer service in the biz! The employees of Brighter have the best service around. We've begun to call it "drop everything" service. Minutes after hanging up the phone with them, they call back with solutions and answers. We LOVE working with Brighter!

We work with MANY freight brokers arranging LTL (Less Than a Truckload) freight for the larger items we sell during the course of our business. Brighter Logistics, is BY FAR the absolute best broker in the industry. Georgeanne, our particular account representative, is truly amazing as is the entire staff at Brighter Logistics. Their prices are unbeatable and even with the lowest rates in the industry, they also have the BEST customer service is absolutely incredible. We actually call Brighter Logistics our "Super Brokers".
Started off good, but got progressively worse. The owner is unaccountable and unprofessional in my opinion. The minute you rely on them and stop requesting a quote, their rates increase. The final straw, was that they scheduled a pick up for freight, quoted me two days, (the freight is an hour away from me) 5 days later I call to find out where it is, and ask for the tracking number, to learn that they never picked up. Instead of making it happen faster the Mrs(Wendy) starts giving me a bunch of excuses, then out of left field, Her husband (Justin) and Says HE is the owner and that HE is going to pull the shipment from the trucker, and will be completely screwing me over. Leaving me to start over again with someone else. What immature person sneaks in on a call, then trumps his wife, as the "real" owner, screws his customers... These third party guys are a dime a dozen, but this clown is the epitome of the worst. I strongly recommend that you do not use them. Do not put your business at risk with this guy Added 05/03/17 the fee for late charges due their incompetence was $700.00 which they have yet to make good on. Amazing that their drive could not pick up, but the new carrier was able to get in their the same day. Incompetent
