LOVE. BRICK AND BEAM! I was really looking for a venue that was unique and resembled my style and I put off my wedding for ages because I just didn’t like what I was seeing in town. As soon as I walked into Brick and Beam I fell in love! Without decorations without anything the place just had so much character. I ended up ditching my original decoration ideas because the venue seriously didn’t even need that much decorating. Every single picture was incredible and stunning. From cellphone pictures to professional they were just so beautiful! Not only that but Ashley and her staff were incredibly helpful before and on our wedding day. I am so impressed with them! Thank you guys so much for making our day so amazing!
Benise and I happily had our wedding event, ceremony and reception, at Brick & Beam last year! We fell in love with the intimacy of the place and the industrial look topped it off. Niki & Alaina were fantastic and any question we had, they were very quick to respond and accommodate. I highly recommend to everybody. We had a wedding size of approximately 90 guests and there was more than enough room. Thank you everybody at Brick&Beam!
Great Event Venue! We hosted our son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Brick and Beam and we couldn't have been happier with the results! Ashley was very easy to work with and everything went according to plan. From the pre-planning phone call to the face-to-face walk-through before committing, everything was covered. The venue is conveniently located with plenty of parking. There is an excellent outside space with a large deck and fire pit; we utilized that space for the November event and it was great. The indoor volume is spacious and able to be set up per your needs. Ashley developed a CAD drawing of the space with tables, etc. We received a great many compliments about the dinner party and the Brick and Beam venue certainly contributed greatly to the guests' satisfaction. I’ve worked in the special events industry in Jacksonville for over 20 yrs and when I got married I chose Brick and Beam. It is important for the success of your to have the right size venue for the number of guest. We had an intimate wedding of less than 70. Brick and Beam has the ability to adapt a room to properly accommodate as few as 20 up to 100. They are only of the only venues in North Florida to offer the exposed brick in an intimate setting. You definitely need to see it for yourself!
Such an amazing venue and I am so happy we had our reception there! The building itself is such an amazingly timeless back drop that any decorations just add to the beauty. I had such a tremendous experience working with the staff throughout the planning process and an even better experience during the day of. Everything for our reception went as planned and all of our family and friends cannot stop raving about how much they enjoyed it! From the amazing outdoor area with the fire pit and pre-existing lighting to the bridal suite, the on-site parking, and the upstairs balcony, it is hard to pick a favorite spot. Highly recommend this venue for any event!

On Sunday my fiancé and I got engaged here. Alana is the sweetest most helpful and kind person. She makes sure that you have what you need and most of all very prompt communication. She is professional and these are important factors in coordinating a special day. The event space is beautiful, well kept, clean and so unique.
I photographed a wedding here. The space was really great and versatile for photos. The building was really urban feeling with the exposed brick and lamp posts inside. There were a few different areas for getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception. Plus a parking lot so your guests don't have to travel far. I photographed a day wedding but this space is also great for night events. The back porch feels really private with all the greenery (and makes for some tropical looking photos). Really love this space and can't wait to go back.
We had the pleasure of shooting a NYE wedding at Brick & Beam, and their crew was PHENOMENAL! Alaina was professional, kind, and always on top of her game, ready to handle any questions or concerns that came up. They made sure that our couple, as well as all the vendors, felt welcome and comfortable onsite. This made our job a breeze and allowed us to capture some incredible moments with the couple. If you’re looking for a unique venue and top-notch service, this is the dream!
